I don't agree... The school should be held accountable for the people they employ...
If there's one thing I've noticed that you all love doing on this forum, it's finding the most horrific, traumatising piece of depravity that you can, posting it, and then the rest of you gathering around to exclaim how awful it is.
The majority of the student in the class voted in favor to watch the video
These kids will go home and watch crap like SAW, their parents will let them, and they will sue this poor teacher for showing them the consequence of real violence. How terrible.

This really should not even be debatable.
First of all, it is basically a "snuff" film.
Secondly, it was pornography.
Thirdly, it was necrophilia.
Fourth, its just disgusting.
It is illegal to show minors pornography, much less necrophilia, much less in a public school
Not only should the teacher be fired but also arrested. The DA needs to review this case.
The first and biggest mistake he did that caused the student vote
is when he told the student he had the video with him
of course the student curiosity went high at that moment
they probably though .. if their teacher saw it then they can to
Talking about the case in clase made a popular teach student discussion
trying to profile a criminal like this in the society of today
all class were probably captivated by the subject
and then the teach went to far declaring he had the video with him
he said that to show off a bit in front of his student
