What would be the best temperature to keep a house at? What's healthiest for the humans living inside? I need to know.

We keep ours at about 63 in the winter, 72, in the Summer.
I don't know if there really is a "best" temp..
Why do you ask?

I think I will need to move this thread to "Health and Wellness" on BTS unless you have a conspiracy twist on household temperatures.

I think it might be a persoanl preference related to comfort but...

If there is a "healthy" temperature I also want to know what it is and why.

While we are at it. How about humidity level?

I believe it is between 68 to 70 degrees. But the most important thing is to control the humidity. If it is too humid it will aid in the growth of mold.

I set my thermostat at 73-74 degrees because I find it to be a comfortable setting.
