First of all, Allah is not a moon god, but He is the God of the sun, the moon, stars and every created being including you and me.

Allah in the Holy Qur'an teaches man not to worship the sun and the moon and the stars as the pagans do before the Prophet Muhammad, rather Allah taught man to worship Him, who created them ( all that exists).

If Allah as you say is a moon god, wouldn't he order man to worship the moon. And if Allah is a moon god, why don't Muslims worship the moon, offer sacrifice to the moon?

If Satan indeed pretended to be Angel Gabriel and taught the Prophet Muhammad that the moon is the One God, and her name is Allah, why then did Allah warn men against worshipping the moon and following Satan?

If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. Mark 3:2

If Allah is a moon god and he is the same Allah that the Muslims worship, why did He warned mankind not to worship the moon? How will his kingdom stand? and if the Prophet Muhammad listened to the whisper of Satan, why will he warn mankind against Satan? --- rather it is you who listened to the whisper of Satan.

22:18 Hast thou not seen that unto Allah payeth adoration whosoever is in the heavens and whosoever is in the earth, and the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the hills, and the trees, and the beasts, and many of mankind, while there are many unto whom the doom is justly due. He whom Allah scorneth, there is none to give him honor. Lo! Allah doeth what He will.

the moon bows down to Allah --- so do all created beings.

41:37 And of His portents are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. Adore not the sun nor the moon; but adore Allah Who created them, if it is in truth Him whom ye worship.

22:52 Never sent We a messenger or a Prophet before thee but when He recited the message Satan proposed opposition in respect of that which he recited thereof. But Allah abolisheth that which Satan proposeth. Then Allah establisheth His revelations. Allah is Knower, Wise;

43:62 And let not Satan turn you aside. Lo! he is an open enemy for you.

35:8 Is he, the evil of whose deeds is made fair seeming unto him so that he deemeth it good, other than Satan's dupe? Allah verily sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will, so let not thy soul expire in sighings for them. Lo! Allah is Aware of what they do!

You should review your belief and don't let pride stand in the way of salvation. Pride caused Satan to be cast out from Heaven. Pride caused the children of Israel to reject a savior from the children of Ismael eventhough the Scriptures that were given to them announced of his coming. Pride caused them to burn or hide the Scriptures that will bring light to the truth. But God establish His truth, however much the disbelievers may be averse!

That's easy to explain. Pick one of these ...

The Christian explaination - The Bible says that God allows his enemies to persecute 'his people' when they have sinned or gone astray. He's allowing Islam, even though it is 'evil' because it denies the God-hood of Jesus, because he's using it as a punishment upon the Christians and Jews.

The Secular explaination - God is a dead beat dad. He makes us and then leaves us to ourselves like 'The Lord of The Flies' .
