How many of you get sick with some form of illness more than 5 times a year?

I have been thinking about my childhood and how often I got sick. I got pneumonia when I was just 1 year old. Had chicken pox twice (the second time was severe and I had to go to the hospital). Got bronchitis and strept throat many times, along with a slew of other illnesses from the time I was a baby until I got to be about 13. Since then, I may (emphasis on the "may") get sick 1 time a year if even that.

So, I am wondering if my many illnesses as a child strengthened my immune system to the point were I rarely get sick. I practice good hygiene, but I am in no way a "germaphobe".
