if u think about it we work 5-6 days most of our life and at that its 8-9 hrs a day so maybe a few hrs a nite we actually enjoy our life if ur not too tired before u go to bed and get up and do it all again.....most people hate their job so most of ur whole life is spent being miserable and doing something u hate......is life really much fun when u look at it that way? even being unemployed aint fun cause boredom sets in and probably get more pissed off with life than those who work.....either way u spend most of ur life being miserable....just a thot.

I work 9 hours a day 5 days a week and I still find a reason to live.

I just make my work fun, makes the time go by and makes it memorable.

If work is extremely boring, just ponder stuff in your head.

I think life is great! I work two jobs (my choice because I want my house paid off within the year), one full time one part time. I have a roof over my head, I have food on the table, decent clothing and I can take a bath if I choose. I have no one hacking my arms off because I'm not digging for diamonds or joining their war, none of my family members are being held hostage or found slaughtered alongside the road. Yup, life is GREAT! It's ALLLL in the attitude.

I hate my life. I hate my job. I hate the way I see the world falling apart.

But, if you have some time, pick up four books:

By Conn Iggulden: Genghis: Birth of an Empire; Genghis: Lords of the Bow; Genghis: Bones of the Hills;
Genghis: Empire of Silver

Not only are they AWESOME books, but they show just how brutal life was back then, and it makes my life a LOT easier to tolerate. I mean a ***LOT*** easier!

Life is what you make it. It really is that simple. Some things are out of your hands, but most are completely controlled by you. I could find plenty to complain about, and I could find reasons to be unhappy. Why? My life really is quite outstanding. It wasn't always, but I made sure I took control and changed it.

Life is too short.

It could be a lot worse. I think we in the west take our 24hr electricity, clean, hot and cold running water, central heating/air conditioning, super markets full of fresh produce for granted.

Dude. You need to sit down right now, and come up with a plan for the life you want. Call in sick to work if you have to. Don't waste your life resenting the very opportunities you've been given. If you have a job that you hate, then just realize that someone, somewhere out there, is perfect for that job. But they can't get it, because you're in the way.

Get the hell out of their way and let them have the job that would make their every day a gold mine of laughs and hilarity. Go find yourself, and find a job you love.

My job rocks man. Sure, there are parts that suck. That's why it's called "work". But I set my own hours, can adjust it for my hobbies, etc. I dress how I want to. And they beg me to come every day and churn out more quality product for them. And give me bonuses at year's end.

You owe it to yourself to find your perfect job. Whether it is quality control in a whiskey factory, or a proof reader for a porn magazine, or a surfboard tester, some job is out there in the world, waiting for you to come "do" it. That mystery job is moaning for you, it is quivering for you to come fill it up and caress it and POSSESS it. Yes!

A friend of mine went to Europe on vacation. He was taking a tour of a liquor factory, and talked with them about the variances in batches in the "tasting room." Apparently, that is a hard thing for most people to get, so they hired him. He works there to this day. True story.
