- The elected officials must follow the party goals or face impeachment and further legal actions;
- The agenda and meetings for the officials are to be always under supervision of a party supervisor chosen by some kind of lottery system, never the same one for the same official;
- No career politicians allowed although a serious one can serve several years until he or she reaches the possibility of presidency;
- Elected officials can only serve one mandate for the selected office;
- If the elected official does his/her job he/she can be elected for a higher office;
- Candidates will be initially selected at their local communities;

The problem is not party politics, is the trust we put in individuals. We must trust the party! How do we accomplish that? Making the party count more than the individuals.
Yes, a serious person can make a few years in the politic career but can't count on that, the fail safe is the lottery system.

Ok. I will try to write up our civilian manifesto. I will make it universal. I will try and write it for every person on earth.
This is a formidable challenge. I will give it a shot, why not. I am just serving wine and coffee here anyways. Might as well be useful.
I am going to steal their idea. They want a world government so they can control us all. I will theorize a world government that ensures humanities survival as a free species.
Their version requires a massive reduction in population so as to control it all better. A more manageable world.
My version will require nothing that we don't already have in plentiful supply. My plan will USE all the excess population to create a society that will last many generations.
In their world they will have to use hunger pain and fear to use you for meaningless tasks. In my world you accomplish titanic works that will inspire free men for generations.
I would walk alongside free men, not good animals. A good beast for a useless master, or a free person unto an open and limitless universe.
I have been thinking about this for years now. I think I will start this year.
The Constitution of the Universe
The purpose of human life is to live happily. The function of government is to guarantee those conditions that allow individuals to fulfill their purpose. Those conditions can be guaranteed through a constitution that forbids the use of initiatory force, fraud, or coercion by any person or group against any individual:
* * *
No person, group of persons, or government may initiate force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual's self or property.
Force may be morally and legally used only in self-defense against those who violate Article 1.
No exceptions shall exist for Articles 1 and 2.
* * * * * * * * * * *
The Constitution rests on six axioms:
1. Values exist only relative to life.
2. Whatever benefits a living organism is a value to that organism. Whatever harms a living organism is a disvalue to that organism.
3. The basic value against which all values are measured is the conscious individual.
4. Morals relate only to conscious individuals.
5. Immoral actions arise from individuals choosing to harm others through force, fraud, deception, coercion -- or from individuals choosing to usurp, attack, or destroy values earned by others.
6. Moral actions arise from individuals choosing to benefit others by competitively producing values for them.

Court Rules 'Honesty' Oath Merits New Trial
Published: August 23, 1992
A man who wanted to speak with "fully integrated honesty" instead of "the whole truth" is entitled to a new trial on charges of Federal income tax evasion, a Federal appeals court has ruled.
A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday ordered that the defendant, Wallace Ward of Boulder City, Nev., be retried on the charges. The court, in a 2-to-1 decision, said his First Amendment right guaranteeing religious freedom had been violated by a requirement that he take the standard courtroom oath.
Mr. Ward, president of a mail-order company, was charged with evading personal and other taxes from 1983 through 1985. In pretrial proceedings and at his trial in 1991, he challenged the requirement that he take the witness oath pledging to tell "the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth."
Offer Was Rejected
Asserting a philosophical objection to using the word "truth," Mr. Ward asked instead that he be allowed to pledge "to speak with fully integrated honesty, only with fully integrated honesty and nothing but fully integrated honesty."
But both Magistrate Judge Lawrence R. Leavitt and Federal District Judge Lloyd D. George said the wording had been used for centuries and would not be changed. At both the pretrial proceeding and the trial, Mr. Ward offered to take both oaths, but his offer was rejected.
Mr. Ward declined to testify, and he presented no witnesses.
In an opinion written by Judge Betty Binns Fletcher, the appeals court appeared puzzled about why Mr. Ward believed that honesty was superior to truth, but it said he seemed to be sincere in his beliefs. It ruled that although Mr. Ward had not wished to state his beliefs in conventional terms, he had tried to express "a moral or ethical sense of right and wrong" that was equivalent to religious beliefs under the Constitution.
The standard wording is not required by any law and need not be used as long as the witness expresses an equivalent commitment to tell the truth under penalty of perjury, Judge Fletcher said. Judge Thomas G. Nelson joined her opinion.
Judge Cecil F. Poole dissented, saying Mr. Ward's "semantic objection" showed only a philosophical preference, not a belief that was the equivalent of religion or that showed an acknowledgment of the duty to tell the truth.
Judges Fletcher and Poole were appointed by President Jimmy Carter; Judge Nelson was appointed by President Bush.

During the shift in the 2000′s, people came to respect the value of each individual, and the right of all to their own thoughts, creations, voluntarily exchanged goods and property.
“If the rights of the individual are protected, then the rights of everyone are protected”
The above was hailed by the increasingly insightful and in-the-know populous. The now visibly evil concepts of socialist / altruistic by-gone days of envy and parasitism; mooching and looting, were being nullified.
People not only clearly saw that Socialism, Communism and Self-sacrifice led to impoverishment and tyrannical rule, but they also used business-created technologies and services to protect themselves. They wanted business and technology to be freed from regulations.
Honest integrated, value producers stepped up to squash the old-system political candidates in something called The Great Replacement where career-politicians were voted out, and business-minded appointees were voted in who managed the freedom paradigm revolution in how politics was being structured and conducted.
Even President George Bush used laissez-faire understandings of how capitalism brings prosperity. He was the first of a wave of business-like-political-appointees that increasingly upheld individual rights:
“Government spends a lot of money, but it doesn’t build factories, it doesn’t invest in companies, or do the work that makes the economy go. The role of government is not to manage or control the economy from Washington, D.C., but to remove obstacles standing in the way for faster economic growth. That’s our role.” [applause]. – President George Bush,
The years following that address saw changes to government metamorphose from cockroach infestations into its proper American Constitution role of voluntarily-paid-for protection services within a Natural Republic.
As the crime rates dropped towards zero, governments shifted focus from prevention of physical aggression and theft, to preventing accidental property damage.
Availability of Insurance Services sky-rocketed as people willingly paid for their property and rights to be protected by super-rapidly-advancing-new-technologies that were researched and provided by insurance / research companies.
Andrew J Galambos illustrated 1 how insurance services will assume the role of justice giver and protector. Since they do not want to pay out insurance claims, they would provide services or technologies that prevented the requirement of people making claims.
For example: ‘noise pollution’ could be insured against, by someone paying whatever insurance companies ask, with that insurance company developing and providing the technologies to fulfill their job of preventing ‘noise pollution’. (Note: Inaudible speakers had been developed in the 90′s that blocked other sound waves. It would just be a matter of that technology being developed to surround a house that could prevent noise pollution from entering ones home from outside.)
Anything becomes technologically possible in a Free society where individual rights are upheld and business is allowed to develop new products and services supplied to the marketplace.
What would you want? Can you see the life you would have? And for your loved one’s?
The tax-collectors found that their gobbledygook no longer held sway with citizens whose property and individual rights were protected by a constitution that prohibited the initiation of force. (Story Continues on Google. Search.)
