Come on man!! Just stop with this Bath Salt nonsense! I cant believe anyone buys into this lame bath salt excuse! The stuff has been out much long than a year. It is nothing more than synthetic coc aine or "legal coc aine". You can buy it at many little corner stores in this country and you can find it right next to the "legal weed" which is not weed at all... it is actually a potpourri.

Now I will admit none of this crap is good for you, and dare I say it is probably safer to use the real drugs than this synthetic nonsense... but it's not going to make you eat human flesh.

Doesn't it seem more odd that the people who are making movies conveniently make them around current social antics? I am positive the people who made the movie Quarantine released it shortly after there was the bird flu, and other viruses, and even talk of more viruses to come. No but seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if this was some ongoing orchestrated hoax to detract attention. It is strange that the CDC would put out such a story for fun. They have not done things like that in the past (I don't think). It would be easy to frame homeless people for this purpose.

With or without that's probably true..... I concede on that point, but that one alone. My whole point has been that it is the perfect storm of craziness down here. People ask WTF is happening in Florida, the sad part is that it has always been this way. Not necessarily rampant cannibalism all the time, however the rest of the country is starting to see what we see on local news nightly. One particularly nasty crime has got the nations focus....so now that's the trend on the news. Not much more to it. We're home to especially strange crimes, zombies are the least of your worries. Though with the large Haitian population, an actual zombie isn't completely beyond the realm of possibility. They mostly just drool and wander so it's not too worrisome.

It might not be zombies, but a pathogen or chemical that inhibits logical reason and pretty much causes massive bouts of aggressiveness. Perfect way to test it ~ Release it to certain unknowing populations of people, and watch the carnage and slaughter. The U.S. people, driven to fear, will listen to anything the government says to "stop the zombies".

Its either this, or somebody at the lab screwed up BIG time. Make sure to invest in firebats

I just read the article really quick, but it he didn't try to eat him, he just said he was going to. To me trying to eat him actually implies the action of physically trying to do that, ya know?

Yeah, but bath salts aren't all the same things, same with the synthetic pot.
Different ones can cause different people to react in different ways.

I saw some people smoke the synthetic marijuana at a party. Some of the people enjoyed it just as the enjoyed the regular thing, but two other people didn't. One was panicking and freaking out saying if it kept up they would have to kill themself, and the other started passing out cold on the floor.

These chemicals are made in unsafe, unclean "labs." A lot of times in China, and the chemical compound changes often. It's not like every bath salt is the same thing.

If they come across a particular combination that has a similar effect to pcp, or they use it for several days things like this will happen.

With all the hubbub about violent police officers, I'm surprised this homeless man was not shot.

Apparently the guy was angry at the officer because he dumped him for another boyfriend, and posted the following video on Youtube.

For the record, I've had all three drugs that this guy was on, myself at different times before; none of them caused me to develop the opinion that human flesh was a necessary part of a balanced diet.

More seriously, my tin foil hat sense is tingling here, kids. There's something we're not being told. My guess is that someone dark and shadowy has weaponised some type of new chemical or biological agent, which causes people's behaviour to emulate that of the traditional zombie, and that there's one of two possible scenarios as an extension of that.

a] That they've deployed it deliberately in order to stoke the fires of social fear and panic, so necessary for the continued deprivation of our civil liberties.

b] That there was a leak, which was unintentional.

My money is on a], mainly because the suspect's tox report showed so many other things present in his system, which I'm guessing that the people who did this to him, also put into his system in order to mask whatever they used, that caused the actual zombie incident.

I keep asking the same question - aren't zombies DEAD? These reports are from people who clearly were not dead. In the case of the guy who was shot on the freeway, while he had a troubled past he was obviously "alive" when he left home that morning, at least according to those relatives who knew him since he was like, ZERO years old.

People, here it is - it's a convergence of #1, the ever-expanding reach of the information superhighway when it comes to news, and #2, Zombie movies. Zombie TV shows (even when the show isn't primarily about Zombies, like Fringe), Zombie comics. Zombies Zombies Zombies. Zombies are as real as Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. CREATIONS OF THE HUMAN MIND and nothing else. I love a conspiracy as much as the next guy (love ATS) but this is really, really stretching it.
