The following is adapted from a U.S. Syrian Alliance pastor’s account
of reports he received from Syria about what Christians are facing there.
This is his urgent plea for prayer from his worldwide Alliance family.
An armed religious group in Syria has murdered more than 200 Christians
in the city of Homs, including entire families with young children.
Gangs from the country’s traditonal religion also kidnapped Christians, demanding high ransoms. In
two cases, after the ransoms were paid, the men’s bodies were found.
Christians are being forced to flee thecity to the safety of government-controlledareas. Rebel fighters and their
families are taking over the believers’homes. We need your prayers and weneed them urgently.
U.S. aid to Syrian rebels is a signal to Iran
If the Rebels are as bloodthirsty as many here at ATS claim and were that hard up to make a splash why didn't they just shoot the News crew themselves and blame the troops? It's not like anybody could tell or know the difference since both sides use the same type of weapons.

This is spreading quiet fast and yet no western mainstream news media outlets like CNN, BBC,CBC has picked it up as an important news story?
That tells me a lot about the mainstream news media outlets even thought i am not surprised they arent covering it.
Nonsense. For starters, The Guardian is 'western mainstream news' according to you:

Once again western mainstream news outlets like the guardian...
www.abovetopsecret.com...
The Daily Mail and Yahoo are running this story and it was also on BBC News earlier. Channel 4 surely falls under the 'western mainstream news' banner as well and this story is sourced from their journalist.
"Suddenly four men in a black car beckon us to follow. We move out behind," Thomson wrote in a Channel 4 News website blog published on Friday/ morning. "We are led another route. Led in fact, straight into a free-fire zone. Told by the Free Syrian Army to follow a road that was blocked off in the middle of no-man's land," he added.
Regime change will happen, it's already in the works. Every arab country is going to go through it.

... You see people? this how these rebels, or more rather terrorists do there dirty work.
Thomson also stumbled upon a sectarian rhetoric which would be far harder to counter by any intervention:
In Al Houla, about week ago:
UNIDENTIIFED MALE: Shia and Alawites -- Shia and Alawites want to kill all Sunni people. Shia and Alawites, I promise you when the regime will fall we want to kill them.
THOMSON: You want to kill them?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. No. No.
THOMSON: No. No more killing. No more killing.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes. They kill us every day.
THOMSON: No more killing.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.
THOMSON: You want to kill them?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes. I hurt them. And we all -- of all Houla people hurt them.

So, when it serves your own agenda, I see you have no problem at all believing what CNN reports.
I see you have no problem at all believing what CNN reports.
So, when it serves your own agenda
So, these 'four men in a black car' he later identifies as the "Free Syrian Army"? How was he able to identify them as members of the "Free Syrian Army" if they were just 'four men in a black car'? And If they are the "Free Syrian Army', then who was the mob of people these men rescued them from? Because he also refers to them as being part of the 'rebels'.
TOOOOOOOO many contradictions. Use some damn skepticism, OP.
And If they are the "Free Syrian Army', then who was the mob of people these men rescued them from? Because he also refers to them as being part of the 'rebels'.
Nothing anyone can do about it.

Maybe and his crew along with the UN recognized them by the green rebel flag? but the way you replied sounds like you cant accept the reailty.
. He offers no reference to what it is that makes him come to such a conclusion. And, in the previous paragraph he claims these 'four men in a black car' were actually SAVING him from a group of 'rebels'.
So you are just making # up and ignoring the bulk of the post you cite as evidence. CREDIBILITY FAIL on your part, 'agent'.

"Suddenly four men in a black car beckon us to follow. We move out behind," Thomson wrote in a Channel 4 News website blog published on Friday/ morning.
his team were fired upon and forced to take evasive action, eventually managing to "floor it back to the road we'd been led in on".
He also claimed that later on the same car of rebels blocked the road between their vehicle and the UN vehicles accompanying them, which he said prompted the UN escort to drive off and abandon them after seeing the Channel 4 team surrounded by "shouting militia". The incident took place last weekend and Thomson is now back in the UK.
