Well it's a conference about consciousness beyond chemtrails, and it's due to be held over 3 days in LA in August of this year.

If you look at the "random link" you may note that it is for www.consciousnessbeyondchemtrails.com.....I thought that might hae been a bit of a giveaway ....or you can even google it - it's the top result...!!
