It's Straight Talk through Wal-Mart. It's almost useless sometimes. The best thing going for it is that it rides on Verizon's network, which means it works all over the place.

I liked the verizon prepay I had back in the states for that reason too. I spent 100 bucks on a rogers cellphone, a while back, come to find out, it's totally jailed. Couldn't even make my own ringtones for it
Plus rogers service sucks ass in general.
