Isn't that interesting. I wonder why they bombed us? Do they hate our freedom? Is this a Jihad? Or could it be because US led NATO bombed their country.

Are you sure it was not fireworks going off, of some sort? Would think they could make a sling shot and launch it, little closer or in a window or roof, if it was really meant to do any damage, other than fodder for the PR propaganda for the occupiers,

could it be the u.s. backed insurgents that overthrow the government have completely abandoned them and are to busy syphoning libyas oil and selling it to exxon, greedily keeping the majority of the money in western controlled banks.

it was about the oil in the first. that's why the syrian people are still waiting for the nato no fly zone. and unless the people of syria suddenly find 2 billion barrels of oil, they'll be waiting a long, long time.

Anytime I don't like anyone I always say out loud: " Hey look everyone I found oil and natural gas under billy bobs house" I then run as fast as I can while the hellfire missile blows up billy bobs house. The CNN Team is usually there already reporting that child porn was found in the house and that he had connections to al ciada

Tripoli, 7 June (AKI) - Web sites sympathetic to the insurgency against Libya's transitional government has called for celebrations to mark what would have been Muammar Gaddafi's 70th birthday.

"We offer to organize the Leader’s birthday celebration," said the pro-Gaddafi Libya Free Press web site. "Gaddafi always is a very unfavourable figure for world political elite – a bright, independent and fantastically popular person.''

The web site says the late dictator was born on 7 June 1942.

Gaddafi was killed in his native city of Sirte on 20 October by fighters that toppled his rule which lasted more than forty years.
