Guardian UK: The NYPD may enforce the law, but they're also a law unto themselves

I wanted to get this out there, hope it's not a repost. (I try to be a good member, but can't sit and search an hour before every post).

It speaks to my recent interraction with PA State cops, who refused to investigate this crazy neighbour who sprayed me with bug spray. They also cancelled my ambulance so I had to drive 20 miles at night to the ER in with a face full of bug spray. The suspect happens to have connections in the capital, they just found $4m to buy a lot from him.
