Exactly the same as every previous POTUS.... so why didnt you whine and go on about them? What is different about Obama?

What's different? Obama told EVERYONE that is father is Kenyan.

So, basically automatically he comes from immediate family (parents) with more than one allegiance.

That is dangerous!

Not really, remember he is not the first POTUS with a foreign born parent...

Are youre referring to the first presidents of the US during its founding and infancy, and your attempting to compare them to obama? Surely you cant be that dull, but that’s ballsy… even for a O groupie. Those were men fled tyrannical rule and created a new country, whereby future ruling generations had to be legal citizens in order to protect the ideals and foundations the US was built on.

EXACTLY to prevent what may be happening now…. From all I can see, this man and the forces behind his rise (because we all know the presidential seat is for puppets anyway) are every bit as corrupt and power hungry as any other politician.

I DO NOT for one second believe that this person in office or his “possie” have the best interests of the American people in mind, no matter how he got in office, no matter what documents he used or didn’t use. This man has open stated that “we need change”, and change we are getting! And you all are supporting this “Change” which leads me to believe you know that most of what these “birthers” are saying is true, you KNOW that his past actions are questionable no matter how you look at them. But still you call us crazy.

I fought to defend this flag, which are obviously just colors to you obama groupies, Ive seen fathers widow their wives and orphan their children, just to make sure you have to right to live in freedom! But that’s not good enough for you and that’s not the ideals you want! You want socialism so that you don’t have to get off your butt and work for a living, and this is your ticket.

I am almost ashamed that you guys are allowed to share the same flag as the founding fathers, because you certainly don’t support their beliefs in way, shape or form!

I think I know who these guys are talking about, and if thats the case... I am about to loose some ATS points!

I think they had a secret meeting and all decided to see how many times they can use the phrase “that’s been debunked” without having to provide a “link” to the legitimate debunking.

Care to show us these lawsuits? Why do you think a lawsuit can be used to obtain private records?

Care to show us exactly where Obama spent millions to "hide" these records? Of course you cannot, as it is just another birther lie!

You still have your records sealed, and refuse to explain why you spent millions to hide them.

Why do birthers keep posting the same much debunked lies?

The political action committee 'Obama for America' paid $1,066,691.90 to the Perkins Coie law firm between Oct. 16, 2008 and March 30, 2009, to fight every request to release Obama's original birth records. [10] Partial listing of cases courtesy of WND.com [1]

New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress did not properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of President.

Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama which is under seal at the U.S. District Court level and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama. [11]

Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming that Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.

Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's Secretary of State, making a similar argument to Donofrio's. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied. [12]

Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff. [13]

In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters. [14]

In addition, other cases cited on the RightSideofLife blog as raising questions about Obama's eligibility:
In Texas, Darrel Hunter vs. Obama later was dismissed.
In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed. [15]
In Texas, Brockhausen vs. Andrade.
In Washington, L. Charles Cohen vs. Obama.
In Hawaii, Keyes vs. Lingle, dismissed. [16]
conservapedia.com...

Here you go slick debunk those! Do you think this will shut this guy up? Nah he'll just pop on and call it a Birther lie and say it has been debunked and all these cases are fake without a single shred of evidence as if he had any credibility...

Oh dear, there you go again posting crap - that money was NOT for any court cases to stop the release of obama's private documents, as you know!

Here you go debunk those!

Very easy..
en.wikipedia.org...

You will find Obama's lawyer was working pro bono, or did not even have to appear.... remember, the silly birthers have lost a case to a empty table their "facts" were so poor and just lies...

Joseph Farah said via his WorldNetDaily (WND) publication that Obama has decided "to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions."[9] WND has since upped the claimed expenditure to $1.7 million, on the basis of the Obama presidential campaign paying out that much since the election to the law firm of Perkins Coie. However, as Mother Jones magazine has pointed out, the campaign has had to employ lawyers to wind down its post-election operations and meet campaign finance law requirements.[10] At least one attorney representing Obama in the litigation has stated that he is working without pay.[11] Other attorneys interviewed by Mother Jones have stated that the "birther" lawsuits have been so weak that they have been easily resolved with "extremely minimal" monetary costs.[10]

I've been following it or years. I followed it all from Leo Donofrio, Phillip Berg, Orly Taitz right up to the Supreme Court.

Nobody in America has any standing to check him out. New Hampshire had numerous compaints but they let him through anyway.

Nobody has yet seen a long form certificate except for something he posted on his website.

Nobody has seen the original long form certificate. Fact.

The bots say all he needs is a slip from Hawaii to be President of the United States.

So where are the "long form" certificates from all previous Presidents?
What makes you think Obama should show his?
There is no requirement for a president to show their "long form" BC... but you ignore that...

Where are the "long form" certifictes from everyone else running for President?

Somebody give this "spoor" guy some crayons and let him go color on someone else’s thread.

Its like reading the same post over and over “birther lies, debunked…bla..bla..bla” again with no links to credible sources? If there were, I might even change my mind. Facts are facts.

Are there any other obama supports that can jump in and help this guy out, he is making you guys look bad.

***Correction*** there was one link that sort of helped him out a little, but not much.

So The Perkins Coie Law firm got paid 1,066,691.90 but out of the goodness of thier heart they decided to defend everyone of these lawsuits pro bono that you claim did not exist... Ok Slick gotcha... Your a real piece of work

And all those lawyers kept filing frivolous cases because they are too stupid to determine if there is adequate evidence to look at the records... Gee nothing fishy about all those judges dismissing cases... sigh

So what happened you claimed these cases did not exist and now you are using one to try and say they lost to an empty chair so which is it do these cases exist or not hmmmm? You are now exposed for the liar that you are... (Not that anyone with a brain didn't all ready know it)... So you can stop with the BS now that dog won't hunt thanks for your cooperation...

Yes facts are facts

And those Facts are that Obama has released his Birth certificate, court cases have been thrown out because they are nonsense.

Obama has been president for almost 4 years and Birthers have yet to come up with substantial evidence that proves he was not born in the U.S.

We don't have to "debunk" anything as we are not the ones making ridiculous claims, the burden to provide proof is on the birther side.

Birthers have taken to wasting the time and resources of the legal system with scores of frivolous lawsuits in Federal and state courts.

Each of those lawsuits has been dismissed, doesn't that say something?

Yeah it shows the flaws, which we all know exist, in the judicial system. It shows anyone who supports him in his endeavors will profit (judges, lawyers, Yale administrators)… hell, just look at his administration team…every one of them can be linked to guiding him through some loop hole or taking monetary donations for enrollment in the past.
