Thank you for this footage. The Transit of Venus, 2012, was such an exiting afternoon of fun and friends for me. The sky was extremely cloudy in SE Michigan from the initial moments of ingress and on to around 7pm. I spent as much time as I could in the backyard, and then traveled on to the site of the local astronomy club's gathering place. I got a phenomenal shot of the sunset. I will post photos when I've reached my reply quota.
