You must be playing dense on purpose. The whitehouse is not the only one not subject to that spam law and no, it is not odd at all that the whitehouse is not subject to a law that does not apply to what the whitehouse is doing.

Do you find it odd that your neighbors are not arrested at night because in my neighborhood a car is illegally parked?
