New explosions have rocked the north eastern region of India again and have left 4 people dead and many injured, a day after a long series of bomb and firearm attacks that killed 56 people. The four people died in Babubil and the police are blaming a separtist group called the National Democratic Front of Bodoland, for the attacks.

Church congregations in Assam and the neighbouring state of Nagaland are holding services in memory of those killed in Saturday's violence.

More than 100 people were injured, some of them seriously, during the attacks.

Sunday marks 18 years since it began fighting for an independent homeland for the Bodo people in Assam.

18 years today this fight began and still no movement forward has been achieved. The only thing that has been achieved is blood, death and more vengence attacks.

Although the ministers of the two areas and representatives of the groups are meeting, they need to control there people first as if they dont, its going to keep on gettin worse and worse.

All we can do is hope that they come to there senses and realise that violence does not solve anything.
