Israel may jail illegal African migrants for three years without charge
Illegal immigration is a big problem for Israel.

So big in fact, they are upping the ante with some kind of new directives and legislation.

It seems that they have been jailing illegal migrants who entered Israel for 10 days.
Then they simply release them inside Israel.
More than likely, that policy provided some cheap "cash only" labor for hungry employers.

My guess is that the recent economic problems have changed all that.

Now they will simply jail illegal migrants without charge for up to three years.
Of course that will cost extra Shekels .... right ?
End of problem .... right ?

JERUSALEM — Israel will be able to jail illegal migrants without charge for up to three years, an official said on Sunday, as part of efforts to curb a major influx of Africans from across the Egyptian border.

An interior ministry spokeswoman told AFP that following a directive from minister Eli Yishai, legislation from the start of the year giving authorities powers to detain migrants for up to three years was to be implemented.

Spokeswoman Sabine Haddad said that the order had previously been to jail illegal migrants who entered Israel for 10 days, before then setting them free inside the country.

Riots because of migrants in Israel !!

A recent spike in racial tensions in Israel resulted in riots in southern Tel Aviv, currently home to tens of thousands of African migrants.

Last month, a protest by 1,000 people against the rising number of Africans moving into the area turned violent.

Demonstrators went on the rampage, attacking African-run shops and smashing up a car driven by two African men.

Police said afterwards 20 people had been arrested on suspicion of vandalising shops and attacking cars driven by Africans, but were no injuries.

Before the violent demonstration, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the phenomenon of “illegal work infiltrators” is “very grave and threatens the social fabric of society, our national security and our national identity.”

If these people are Jewish then they aren't illegal aliens. Unless they have changed the every Jew has citizenship in Israel to every Jew has citizenship as long as they are white.

We already do this sort of thing in Australia however we use a different name other than "jail", we call them detention centres. But don't blame us, there are more than 3,000 boat people flooding Australia's shore every WEEK!!!

feels like dejavu how long before isreal comes up with a final solution to it's illegal African migrants after the costs of indefinite detention gets too high? feels like history repeating.............

Where did you get the idea they were Jewish?

My understanding is that these are mostly Sudanese Christians fleeing Islamic ethnic cleansing, being transported by Egyptian people traffickers into Israel for large profits and as demographic jihad.

The unfortunate ones with no money are sold as sex slaves or have their organs cut out and sold in Egypt, then dumped in the desert to die by Bedouins.


Oh - and to top it all off - the problems it causes Israel are then used as internet faux humans rights propaganda by Islamic shills pretending they are not the wolf guarding the sheep flock.

I wonder why they don't just send them back - it would certainly be cheaper.
In light of how they treat the Palestinians, I wonder why they don't execute these illegals. That would certainly send a message to the others.

Israel still continues to be the biggest profiteer from the rape of Africa for its natural resources.
They create wars and use child labor to get the valuable gold and diamonds.
Its fairly obvious that they do not view the Africans as any more then a slave people.
If I was an African I would be pretty angry and disgusted with the way that they have treated my people.

Its about time that people and honest jews stand up against the state of Israel. We should set the same standards for them as we do for other nations.
Enough people have suffered.

Well thats funny because most Israelis either have European families or are descendents of European Jews who fled Europe after WW2. They aren't a separate race, its like saying I belong to the Catholic race just because my mother was a Catholic, just retarded.

The panel of nine justices, presided over by Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch, ruled in an 8-1 decision that a transfer of authority for managing the prison from the state to a private contractor whose aim is monetary profit would severely violate the prisoners' basic human rights to dignity and freedom. Prison Privatization Judged Unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of Israel

But they did try;

In 2004, the Knesset passed Amendment 28 to the Prisons Ordinance, which permitted the establishment of private prisons in Israel. The state's motivation was to save money by transferring prisoners to facilities managed by a private firm, to be chosen by tender. The state would pay the franchisee $50 per day for each inmate, but would be spared the cost of building new prisons and expanding the Israel Prison Service's staff.

Lol. So their response is to force Israeli and U.S. tax payers to pay for housing illegal immigrants as opposed to just deporting them to their own countries? Free food and free housing, thats a tempting offer except it won't work. Why won't it work?
