How about alien girlfriends? For some reason, all the "ghost rape" threads happen to women. How come ghosts never come into my bedroom and hold me down and rape me at night? I never hear of that happening to men?

Yes I have heard of such a device, and in my experience it is quite effective.

I think they call it a "sixth-grade or higher education level."
