There is a difference between Cessium omitted from unnatural sources, which is the main source of widespread contamination, and the "natural" cessium which doesn't exist anymore. I guess the theory was during the "big bang" or the supposed expansion of the universe, cessium was introduced was widespread.

Proponents of nuclear energy will try to "reassure" people that "natual radiation" does exist, but what they don't tell you is it has no resemblance to the cessium spreading throughout Japan, the pacific and the entire world. As far as I know, it's more lethal than it's supposed "natural" counterpart, much longer half-life too.

So whenever this comes up, it's a white lie, a "little logic bender". There is no such thing as "safe levels of man-made radiation".
