Bill Gates, Doom and Predictive Programming?

Hate Bill Gates? Love Doom? What you are about to witness is a video that has never seen the light of day outside of the Microsoft Judgement Day event on October 30th, 1995

This is a video from 1995 showing a trench coat wearing, shotgun wielding Bill Gates promoting the video game "DOOM" for windows 95. One thing that instantly came to my mind was the Colombine Shootings, how the perpetrators Harris and Klebold were supposedly obsessed with the game and designed levels based on the layout of their school, and referred to themselves as the "Trench Coat Mafia".

This is just speculation, any thoughts?

Am I the only one that thinks this is a bit strange?

Stranger things have happened but I do see your point about the trench coat.
But how many movies including Clint Eastwoods many westerns where there are trench coats and lots of guns too?
Interesting thread and I am awaiting other opinions to see where this goes.
