US Retains Plans for Military Option in Syria

Even as U.S. officials criticize direct military action in Syria as unworkable, the Obama administration continues to make clear that the military option is being considered and plans drawn up.
“As you know, my job is to provide the commander-in-chief with options,” said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. “I think the military option should be considered.”

Well well well.. deja vu? Same pre-amble as Lybia.. Under guise of protection and humanitarian assistance, they want to use the military option.. ugh.

When will this stop?! Its so obvious that this is for resources and strategic control of the ME.. will there be any interntional pushback? Maybe and most likely from Russia and maybe China, but that won;t matter. When NATO gets its gears going there is no stopping it!

Thoughts?!

The military pretty much has options for every possible contingency.

That doesn't necessarily mean we'll act on those plans.

I wouldn't rehrase it, because both statements are true. Your statement is true because; The U.S government must be in a war to gain revenue after they let Walmart force the majority of manufacturing jobs overseas so they (Walmart) could make more profits.
