people really do wait with baited breath to catch even the slightest slip of the tongue by the president. Pretty sad, really, that we cling to this stuff instead of REAL issues.

Slightest slip of the tongue? The Nazi Death Camps I would say were a fairly big deal and to blame the Polish for them (Which Obama did) is no small gaff. Obama is an idiot and not worthy of the office he holds.

He did not 'blame" the Polish. It was a semantically incorrect sentence. From "death camps in poland" to "polish death camps". Try to make it into something it isnt all you want, it doesnt change the facts.

Of course. You know that and even I know that.

But it's all about Perception !!!

It's all about what People in general Think he meant !!!

Not everybody automatically knows the difference !!

Not everybody even knows that there were even "death camps" in Poland.

Many think all those "death camps" were all in Germany.

It is dangerous to assume that all people are logical and know all about history.
(especially in an election year !!)

It's all about Perception

you're absolutely right, and he should apologize. To say that this was him blaming the Polish, though, is nothing more than inflammatory rhetoric.
