Has anyone on the board ever read one of the Bills, I mean actually read the whole thing? I read Bill C-6 and gave an opinion to the Pirate Party, who published it actually. Bill C-6 renamed Bill C-36 because of Harper's little trick last year was another treasonous piece of garbage. When it comes to your personal and private information, it actually defined government (to paraphrase) as "any government, any institution or any corporation, foreign or domestic. Now that they think they have set a precedent with Bill C-36, I can imagine what tripe they are sending down the public's collective throat now. I will have to try and read Bill C-38.

It's time for a vote of non-confidence in the government of Canada and pretty much every government in the rest of the world. Bills, laws and treaties need to be repealed and a new government needs to be formed and set on the right track. That being a government that understands that it works for the people to enhance rather than degrade life, the government is not in place to line politicians, lobbyists and corporate or feudal oligarchs pockets. And if the government can't be fixed through a democratic process, I am quite sure it will be fixed non-democratically, which is simply an observation of historical events of a similar nature, remember the French Revolution. Like I said in another post, if people get backed into a corner and cannot go around these treasonous bastards, people will end up going through them.

Personally, I think the entire lot of these career politicians, lobbyists, international bankers and other petty despots (replace any noun with the expletive of your choice followed by the word criminal) should be charged with treason and if found guilty, hung by the neck to save the expense of prison or a firing squad, and it's also environmentally friendly! ;-) But that's just my opinion and that and a buck fifty will buy you a cup of coffee. I don't advocate violence as I have been operational in war zones and know how bad it can get, but from what I see these days, the government does advocate violence, especially against its citizen-shareholders.

Cheers - Dave

I'm curious. In the US and I'm sure Canada, "corporations" are in fact those who own the stock. Here its mostly normal people through their retirement. You take down the corporations you destroy ordinary people. Same in Canada right?

Is this about handouts? You know, they take the Progressive idea of steal the money from those who earn it and give it to those who do nothing for it? The Progressive agenda and poverty go hand in hand. The more Progressive, the worse the poverty and the more control the government takes. What's left of the Middle Class becomes puppets of the elite Progressives at the top.

Canada has been doing well since it did a turn around away from the Progressive agenda. You want to go back to that and become like say, Greece? Are not the riots up there people demanding handouts (social welfare)? Mostly kids and immature adults?

it is your duty, not only your right to protest unfair laws and legislation.

after all it is a democracy, the power is derived from the majority, not the minority elected to govern.

but its like garlic to a vampire for politicians to hear that and they often like to forget that little but all important fact of life.

In order to operate under contract law, specifically Maritime law or the UCC, governments must be corporations. The stock market and "buying" into non-governmental corporations is really nothing more than a big casino. You know what they say about casino's right? The house always wins.

This isn't about handouts. The austerity measures that are being created now in Canada are caused primarily by the interest rates required on the sale or transfer of government bonds to the IMF through the Bank of Canada. In fact, the interest payments are so high that one could literally remove Federal Income Tax if those interest payments did not exist. This is about corruption, nothing more as far as I am concerned. If the government "coined" its own currency rather than "buying" it from the IMF through the privatized BOC, we wouldn't have this problem. The more you look into our past and the privatization of specific industries, you can see a pattern emerging that is consistent with massive corruption within the government. Since I was a whistle blower in a case involving $150 million in tax and public funds frauds involving government ministers and other government "organs" and have seen this first hand (I have the Superior Court order), I think I know a little of what I speak.

The "middle class" is disappearing fast in accordance with Agenda 21 which the UN sees as one of it's goals is to either reduce population to sustainable leaves or have the world operate as an agrarian peasant class society with a few oligarchs sitting on top. Canada is not doing well, our college university degree unemployment is now higher than non-degreed unemployment. Our actual unemployment rate stands closer to 25% than the published 8% and change. Recently it was revealed that during your TARP bailout, our idiot government gave our banks about $114 billion in total while the politicians lied through their teeth at the time to the citizens telling them that no such bailout occurred or was necessary.

The situation in Greece I think is coming all of our way. When it comes time for me to retire and the government has breached their contracts, I expect their will be riots in the streets in Canada. I don't know if the US is running ahead of us or behind us time-wise, but I think our time difference will be only weeks to months apart. I have watched countries fall through IMF extortion and I have had the inside information far ahead of time due to my position in the past. I doubt I will fare that lucky again. We are at a critical point, if the problems are not fixed with all of the countries in world in short order, history tells us that a great fall is coming. And those who do learn by the errors of past are doomed to repeat them.

Cheers - Dave

Most Canadian agents are in hiding those on here should be protected by their people just as our American Counter-parts should be as well. We all play a role in protecting our planet and yes they have broken the laws of Hypnosis used as acts of war against the poor.

Looks like one of many signs of the North American Union agenda. People snicker and laugh at such a possible thing but the reality is that Canada has been slowly molded into a mirror image of US policies, foreign relations and National laws. The Canadian government has been infiltrated by American operatives, agencies and corporate interests for decades.

I wish the best of luck to you my northern brothers and sisters, I hope that your cause gains momentum. For to long they (rulers) have been accustomed to the the people accepting these measures and laws as neccesary and bevevolant. It fills me with pride as a citizen of earth (as we all are) that we still have an instinct and ability to detect and percive threats to ourselves and all other citizens. They have used every play in the book to make us submissive and to have us bury that instinct with the idea that we no longer need to protect ourselves, thats what they (the rulers) are here for.
Well to them I would like to say hey !, some of us are still here.
And to all the other citizens of the world may we one day finally realize our full potential and recieve what is ours a fair and just world. Perfection in our world may never exist, but the idea can.

Unlike the U.S. it is very hard to stand up to tyranny and the Harper Government, The Rt. Honourable Stephen Harper has implemented restrictions on organizations that receive federal financial support, if they speak against the government in any way they will loose all funding.
This is also a very vindictive government. If you do not go along with their agenda they will publicly embarrass you. Example is Veterans advocate Sean Bruyea didn't tow the Harper Government's line and he was publicly embarrassed by the accidental release of his medical files exposing some mental heath issues earlier in life. This goes out as a warning to all other public sector employees, be quiet or else!
Canadian's have been gaged by this government. What you are reading here is just the nice stuff this government has done to our nation.

A group of people have to start with one goal. You were probably one of those people at the beginning of occupy that was bitching about them not having any goals. Well this is not occupy. This is a student strike, that has turned into a general protest against draconian laws taking effect in quebec, and the tuition hikes. And actually, its starting to latch onto other topics as well.

Its making people ask questions. That is very important. People need to ask questions. People cannot fight this giant global corruption right now because its not that easy to do. You need something thousands of people can rally behind. "Agenda 21" means # all to most people. Why would people protest it without knowing what it is

I've known all of this stuff for quite some time, during the election a lot of this stuff listed was cropping up, lots of different stuff as well, most of it is more recent. If we delved into the history of what harper has done to our country... Its sad.

I love my country, I love my countries people.
I do not love that harper is turning this place into a poverty stricken corporate state while wasting our money on bull#. Continuing to buy our money from private banks. Trying to give corps the ability to call all out war on our environment. Sometimes i don't know what to do. Canadians are very apathetic. And -i- am hoping that things start to change soon.. Canada will be completely changed for the worse if we allow the harper government to do as it wishes..
Ignoring public opinion
Ignoring scientific opinion
Listening to corporate opinion.

And considering the fact that the legality of the harper government is in serious question right now, it doesnt make any sense to me as to why these laws are continueing to pass even though this is happening. His government needs to be dissolved. And the crooks that he has hired to sit in OUR parliament are not helping. The crooks that work for private industry have a revolving door into our politics, most of these guys are cons, and harper put them in these positions. For what? His own agenda. Corporate agenda. Banking cabal agenda.

We're not that different than the united states. Our government is run by the elites. Just like yours. Everything is taking cuts. Most of our public debt is compound interest. Just like yours.

We're in it together, We're all human and the people in control are inhuman. And they will need to be dealt with.

A few things that are missing from this list are things like the Old Age Security age being changed to 67, doesn’t affect Harper though. He is also changing how people can get employment insurance, and is scrapping the review board that has 1,000 part-time board members and replacing them with a 74-member tribunal, of only half will hear EI disputes. The Conservatives are also moving to have the robocalls lawsuit tossed out, that was a type of voter fraud, doesn’t sound like something that should be ignored. The Conservatives are also shutting down the probe into the F35 purchase after they were caught lying about their costs, not to mention the whole topic should be about replacing our current fleet of aircraft and not about purchasing F35’s. Calling it the F35 program makes people think that there is no other choice and that we have to go with them, a nice way to persuade (propaganda if you will) us.

Sorry but while harper is bad, the liberals weren't any better, nor were the ndp. The green party are communist change agents. There's lots of smaller parties running nowadays, however, I would rather not leave freedom to a total craps shoot.

Just burn your government id's and pretend they don't exist, as the trend catches on, these shills will just disappear.

Your leaving out the fact your government borrowed more than it could afford to pay back, because like other governments they can't tell their people NO for their own good. The people get used to the handouts and come to expect them.

Reality is that it is a solvable problem, but not as long as politicians have to buy votes with handouts and childish minds in the population can't comprehend the fact that the government is broke. The give me, give me crowd are in fact childish in their wants and demands and at some point, somebody must say NO.

What's happening to Greece is self inflicted by the people as much as the politicians. They attempted to have a higher standard of living than they can afford to support. Same as any young couple spending beyond their income; there comes a point when you have to pay the piper. It's as naive and dishonest as those who think they should be able to stay in their houses here in the US even though they can't pay the money back they borrowed. It's the same old the world owes me mentality.

Canada has been headed down a good path and it would be sad to see a bunch of give me, give me childish adults derail that by forcing your leaders to pander for their support.

As to the kiddies in the hoods and such, they are children no matter what their physical age. Some will mature, others will be future prison inmates and general thorns in the sides of everyone.

Here is a list of things that came across my FB wall, thought it would be okay to add this to the thread. These are some of the things the harper government has done. And is doing. Along with these new draconian laws he is trying to pass in the budget, and with the internet privacy bills and etc.. the list grows each day.
