I just don't get why every source I see says a new from of LCD though.
I know the media doesn't know their # from a hole in the ground most times but this is basic fact checking.

Conspiracy or not I hope it's not something new.
If it is we could see more incidents of this as it spreads through the markets.

I doubt it. Every source you want to look at will reference this COP who says "its the craziest thing i have ever seen, must be some new '___'". LOL.

I wouldn't say 100% it's the safest drug in existence.
One bad dose/trip can fry you for life.

I won't get into the debate of what positive effects drugs can have on human development or evolution because I don't want this thread shut down.

I will say I know 2 people who have been harmed by '___'.

One was the son of the local Mob boss, my dad was his friend and contractor sometimes.
We at his pizza joint for free.
The rule was if a child decides to go legit you don't touch them.
I can't remember what the son decided to do but I think it was social work.

Another organization spiked his water with a big '___' dose and it was his first and last dose ever.
He wound up in a mental hospital and for lack of a better term he was gorked for life.
It broke Uncle Mike's heart (everyone called the boss Uncle Mike).
It even affected my dad because he knew the kid.

So '___' is not as safe as it seems(dosing amounts aside).

I won't mention my other knowledge because that's not up for discussion I only needed to give one example.

I know that if I were the officer who wandered upon this grotesque scene that I would be inclined to believe that this person who is cannibalizing this poor person's face is either so sick in the head that he would eat a person to death or so high on something that he would eat a man to death. Both possibilities call the success of less than lethal actions into question. If he is so high on PCP, for example, that he is eating a living man I would be inclined to believe that anything less than lethal would further endanger the victims life and endanger my own. At that point I would pull the #ing trigger as long as it takes to make it stop because both those ideas scare me and are being manifested by the monster before me. For the sake of the poor soul being eaten I would kill his aggressor, and in this case predator. I would have no doubts (except those that eat me away inside because of just how messed up the whole thing is) that I saved a man's life and released a poor, destroyed man's soul in the same moment.

if they've never done '___' how can they know it's effects?

this was more likely PCP as there is actually more incidences of outright craziness.

'___' is much different. even if experimental, it was at one point..think hoffman..

When it comes to police officers shooting people, based on a string of incidents in our recent past, I tend to not give officers carte blanche to pull the trigger whenever they feel like it. And no the officer should not care that pepper spray would inflame an open wound.

Do I care about the victim, absolutely. I just do not immediately believe all police shootings had to end the way they ended. An officer puts their lives in danger daily. They do so as a public service, to ensure we don't have people shooting people just because they feel threatened. I think this duty to serve has been eroded in recent history, where officers now feel justified killing people just because they are threatened, not because they are actually in any immediate danger. In the first article posted on ATS concerning this subject the officer stated that he was threatened and this is why he shot the man. He didn't shoot the man to protect the victim. It is highly unlikely someone is going to die from bites to the face. There have been dogs, and even tigers do the same to a person without death.

Now there is face-eating, we're getting high up in the pyramid huh...

on topic: I think they pointed at the wrong drug. lsd? fml.

He didn't shoot the man to protect the victim. It is highly unlikely

Take a look at the photo taken at the hospital of the victim,
and then see if you can respond the same.

Yep...It is all part of the chemtrail-cocktail sprayed onto us...

It all fits.. the chemtrail runs, the many zombie-movies and now this practical experiment on an unexpected live subject...

Sounds like something someone on Methamphetamine would do, I've been around a lot of fryheads and sometimes they do get really crazy.

Dahmer was a sicko that was sane enough to try and conceal it, the face eating guy could not have been going through life this mentally ill, without being noticed.He may have been ill to a lesser degree...but he lost all rational thought (obviously), its too out in the open of an act for my comfort zone.I don't even believe people with severe schizophrenia are capable of doing this, one could see how a drug like '___' would play a huge factor.

This plays on the mass public ignorance of pharmacology and chemistry. The fact that they would push something out in the media this idiotic shows they are covering something up or trying to spin it for some other agenda. To say an "experimental new form of '___'" is nonsensical gibberish. Now the question to me is why are they using this story to demonize a substance that is not involved and given the wording doesn't even exist. If they are trying to refer to PCP as a "form of '___'" that is grossly out of sorts, like saying a great white shark is an experimental form of a seahorse. Whenever they start blaming particular drugs to make news stories before toxicology results are in it's always BS. After Michael Jackson's death they were saying for a week that it was specific opioid painkillers that he overdosed on, but when it came out he had none in his system whatsoever they just shut up about it and never retracted or apologized for the BS. One major network even did a half hour special on Michael Jackson and the opiate drug addiction that killed him before all that was proven false by the toxicology report.

So interesting how they announce this without a toxicology report, and even with one could they really spot the difference from regular old lsd and this "new" variant?

I'm interested in the word "experimental". Experiments for '___' are illegal (yeah religious brainwashing! Not), so why would they say "experimental"? IS THIS AN ADMISSION OF AN ONGOING MK ULTEA PROGRAM?
