Police have said the deceased man, who remains unidentified, may have been high on a new experimental form of '___'. They said the man's actions suggested he may have been affected by excited delirium which can be caused by an overdose of drugs.

Police USED to get physical with criminals (and regular citizens). But now that they are armed to the hilt with tazers, shot guns and rifles....they don't seem to be as accountable anymore. And a lot of cops are out of shape and/or overweight. There used to be a standard for a cops' physical condition too. Not anymore.

Nah, its not that theyre out of shape. The reason is that they are most likely former soldiers and are used to killing another person.
Theyve seen and caused so much death, they arent even affected by it anymore.
