An apology to the masons.

The only thing you should apologize for is how you would go about interacting with people, yea you have to consider that not everyone that is a Mason, is doing what all Mason's are doing.

What it comes down to is the works, what is the people that are high up doing, what do they believe, what secrets do the masters of the craft hold, its a pyramid of power and like a tip of an iceberg you look for the top. If your really looking for the truth you cannot accept what people in positions of power are telling you because even they don't know the whole truth, and there's a problem there.

Just like I don't need a lower Mason to tell me that they are into occult witchcraft and magic, I found that out on my own.

I'm glad to see the posts today. Nice that we can set down things that make us all different, especially on Memorial Day. My grandfather served in korea, dad in vietnam, and I have 2 cousins in special forces overseas. Whether a mason or not we share a common bond as Americans and in times like today with national socialism looming, debates like these are silly I guess.

I'm gonna go start the grill, sorry for getting you guys riled up but the good thing is I think I got a lot of heartfelt and honest responses back because of it.

Something I like about the founding fathers was that they gave us a country with no income tax and no central bank with a constitution that protects this website. Lotta people in countries like china who would go to prison for reading the things I put out in the comfort of my own home. Can't say masonry is all bad if they were willing to sign the declaration of independence and for GW to war with the Jacobins.

'Higher into the degrees'? What does that mean? Are you refering to the Scottish and York Rites (among others)?

I know you think you have some special knowledge. You tube can be quite convincing.
But it's amazing that you would discount actual masons who actually go inside lodges.
We can go inside any lodge. We can go visit any lodge at any time. We can talk to actual masons who
go to actual lodges. Now it's entirely possible that somewhere there is a group like the P2 lodge that is claiming to be masons, but doing something completely evil while in a lodge. But that wouldn't be masonry. Just as if a group of Bakers secretly conspired to put dog crap in bread in your town, but nowhere else, would that make all bakers evil? No, but it would make everyone a bit weary of their own loaves of bread for a bit.

So just as it possible that all the fantastic stuff claimed by crazy people in you tube video is 100% true, it's also possible that some of it isn't quite all true.
