The U.S. House passed this, which means nothing - it's Republican controlled and passes the weirdest stuff just to obtain donations (i.e. bribes) from
various interest groups or individuals. Does this bill have Senate and Presidential approval? Joe Lieberman is Israel's go-to-guy in the Senate, but
will he have the clout to pass this - the full funding of another nation's military? I'd rather the U.S. fund other countries scientific research, or
put massive amounts of cash into other nation's telescopes, and outfits like CERN, etc.
Israel has hundreds of lap dogs in congress not mention all the other seats of power Israel holds in our government.
This is how it was under Bush and it only got worst over time.
