The truth hurts.

It's over for Ron Paul.

Even John Stossel admitted it.

As I said, I never stated that it was going to be easy did I? Simply that it was possible. Of course, when you stated in your OP about there being no "serious competition", that was also a lie. Paul can very easily run 3rd party and hand Obama a second term. I did not walk into this thread to argue this point, the only thing I came here to do was to point out that this thread is a hoax which, considering that Romney can not officially become the nominee until the convention, is true. Romney will not officially become the nominee in May as your OP states and going by this website's rules, that in itself should be enough to move this garbage into the hoax bin.

So you want Obama to win? Is that the real goal of the Ron Paul people?

You have been proven wrong with everything that you have said, I guess you didn't expect me to back up my facts or something? Because you have not proven me wrong you have just claimed that I was wrong. Will you admit that you have been wrong, instead of just saying "that it's not going to be easy hehehe?"

Romney will win the nomination May 29! Making a Brokered convention impossible! I'll be here waiting on Tuesday

John Stossel was on the The Factor with Bill O'Reilly.

Bill O'Reilly said it's over for Ron Paul.

John Stossel said "Well, i'm not so sure about that."

Bill O'Reilly said " Wanna bet?"

John Stossel thought for few seconds and then said " No."

First off the convention is not until August. And the OP article I posted does not even mention the convention. So now you are just using wrong dates! So you want Obama to win? Is that the real goal of the Ron Paul people?

Obama over Romney? Any day. Obama has already done enough to be impeached. We have to wait for Romney to screw up and he will because he's backed by the same people Obama is. I honestly feel sorry for you if you truly are just a Romney supporter. It makes me sad that people still fall for the horse and pony show that is American politics. Regardless, I'm not wrong. You've stated yourself that I wasn't wrong. So why would I admit to being wrong when I wasn't? Doesn't make much sense.

Romney can't win the nomination with Paul still in the race until the convention. That is fact. Your thread states otherwise thus it is a lie and thus it should be thrown in the hoax bin.

Hm. I can't seem to recall ever saying that you were right. Please point it out to me!

He will win once he gets to 1,144 delegates. That's the whole point. You don't need to wait until the convention if you've already got the delegates in hand!

It's already over for Obama.

Economic stagnation is here and everybody knows it.

Obama tried to sell the Nutting story about spending and received - 3 Pinocchios -

from the Washington Post.

------------
Currently, 50% of college graduates are either unemployed or underemployed.

If stagnation continues that number will rise to 75%!

Bye....bye...Obama.

My true colors? I'm a registered republican and there's not a chance in hell I would ever vote for Romney. I would rather vote for Obama and wait for the impeachment than vote for Romney. This isn't about Democrat vs Republican. I don't care about my team vs your team. The only thing I care about is America - red and blue means nothing to me.

Follow the money. See who backs Obama and see who backs Romney. It's the same people. Now look at Paul. The military and the people support Paul.

For me? I have been conservative for about 25-30 years now. I despise this present administration. But I cannot stand the neo-con agenda either. Out of spite I cannot see a single reason to vote for Romney. According to you I have only one of 2 choices. I either support a communist socialist agenda or a hyper-fascist agenda.
I choose neither and if that means a 2'nd term for Obama, so be it. I will not support the lesser of 2 evils any longer and to foment change in the repugnant party I will certainly consider voting for Obama over a corrupt corporate raider that is part of the destruction policies that lead us to the greatest depression. I will do this in hopes of changing the conservative option to one......that is actually conservative. 4 more years of the same? There is absolutely no difference between communism/socialism and unregulated free market enterprise. They both destroy the middle class in providing all wealth and power to a few elite.

And to add, your constant in your face laughing at this predicament ios the most annoyed I have ever been on ats and cements my present attitude that I just stated.
Never ever will I support such a pretentious attitude by you or the criminal elite that you are throwing in our face just because, "he isn't obama"
I reject the notion you and I are on the same side, the same team or even have similar views in politics. There IS NO LESSER OF 2 EVILS and you, for me, have driven this point home with your smug attitude.
NEVER!

No man.. YOU ARE WRONG.

I am sorry, you haven't been paying a damn bit of attention. The delegates aren't bound to percentages like the media has been saying. This has been proven multiple times.

Ron Paul has the majority of the delegates, what part of the percentage doesn't matter, do you not understand? Learn something.

They don't have to vote for Romney in the first round, BUT they just can't vote for anyone else. All they have to do is abstain from voting in the first and move to the second. That is what they are doing. You guys really need to pay attention.

You obviously don't know what Massachusetts Commonwealth Law is then, toddle off, go look it up and then come back and say everyone is wrong.. after living in that state for 20 years and seeing the process over and over (Connecticuts' btw is similar i'm noticing) Popular vote decides delegate vote, it's that simple..

Then again Massachusetts is it's own Socialist Homeland so.

Actually a lot of Romney delegates are Ron Paul supporters in disguise. Jokes on you.

Anyone else find it ironic a Romney supporter is making fun of liberals in his avatar?

Ditto.
I have made my contribution as well, not only that but also pointed out all the times he's flamed, inappropriately, other members. Will see what comes of this foiled troll attempt.

What do you mean after the first round? There is only going to be one round of voting!

You have no idea what you're talking about, there could easily be a second round of voting if Romney doesn't get 1144 delegates in the first round, which I've already explained to you but you didn't reply to my post, so I'll say it again. Nobody is forced to vote, which means Romney delegates can simply not vote in the first round, so it doesn't matter how many delegates Romney has if they don't vote for him. And I know of plenty of Paul supporters that are Romney delegates so expect to see this happen. Not only can delegates abstain from voting, the law states that delegates can vote for whoever they want, and this is what happened in 2008 when a delegate was supposedly bound to his state to vote for Mccain, but chose to vote for Romney instead. This was allowed, just as the same will be allowed for Ron Paul if you apply the law consistently.
It's pretty ironic that somebody who has no idea how the process works or what the rules are, makes a thread about this.
