Huzzah! I love Dan Craig as James Bond. I feel like the way he plays Bond is more sociopathic and damaged. Darker and more gritty, basically.

I am looking forward to Skyfall.

I submit, License to Thrill.

Agreed. Daniel Craig brought the 007 franchise to a new era. Most people dislike Craig because they got into the Bond movies around the time of Brosnans entrance. Nobody likes change. Plus Brosnans first Bond movie was made into the best video game of all time.

I grew up on Pierce Brosnan as well, but I still don't think he's the best. That title is saved for Sir Roger Moore.

Another bond
I personally like Daniel Craig as bond ( the mrs dissagrees tho )
He's much closer to the original character penned by old Albert
Read the books Connery was close - roger Moore as good as he was, was not the character broccoli envisaged
But each bond has suited his era / decade /generation fairly well

Broccoli made that sketch? I thought it was done by Fleming.

I'm in 2 minds over this set of Bonds with Daniel Craig as the lead.

I quite enjoyed Casino Royale, it freshened things up, but Quantum of Solace bored me sensless.

The third one here will really make up my mind I guess, i'll definatly watch it, on DVD.

Sean Connery is the best Bond.

Ohhhh I love Sean Connery as Bond.
Husband disagrees likes Roger Moore better.

We had every movie on vhs in the 90's (oops except his majesty's secret service) . The only movies I can watch over and over.
Hated Bronson - he did the stance (that pose) with the gun like a pansy
Craig is pretty good, I like that he does show a darker more fierce side to Bond. Craig reminds me of Timothy Dalton, too bad he only did 2.

I got into Bond when Sir Roger Moore was 007. I thought he was THE Bond, until I saw the older Connery movies. Sean was tops...

Timothy Dalton was eh... Too serious. (and License to Kill? A drug lord? That's like killing an ant with a bazooka).

Back when Remington Steele was on, I knew Brosnan would be PERFECT as Bond. Unfortunately, during his tenure, the franchise had rights issues, and he got older.

Daniel Craig's take on Bond is more of a thug than the suave spy we've come to expect from 007. He also gets his butt kicked, so his main quality seems to be he can take a hit, vs. out think the enemy. I still love my Bond flicks, but Craig is only slightly better than the one-turn Lazenby in my book.

Yaah! Bond! 007! My first novel was Thunderball, my first Bond film was Goldfinger. I too miss Pierce Brosnan, along with his impeccable English accent and debonair flair I liked him best of all the ones who played Bond. And the Girls of Bond. Need I say more?

With Brosnan as Bond, we had Femke Janssen, Terri Hatcher, and Denise Richards as Bond Girls....yum.

Although the best Bond Girl (for sheer sex appeal) was still Tonya Roberts....I mean DAMN, those eyes.

For concept though, I think Femke Janssen's "Onatopp" takes it (an assassin who gets off on killing guys with her thighs?)

Best Bond Girl name of course though, "Pussy Galore"....with a nod to Ms. "Goodhead" and "Octopussy"....

Best Bond Villain? Jaws, of course.... Never a mastermind criminal, but who didn't cheer when Bond would turn a corner and come face to face with the metal-mouthed giant henchman?

Best Bond Gadget....The Submarine Lotus of course...with an honorable mention to the horse trailer jet and alligator submarine.

Brosnan had one good movie (Goldeneye). He was a poor Bond.

Connery was the best I would say, but then he did have the best stories to work with. Moore runs him close. They are both head and shoulders above any other 'Bond'.

Looking forward to Skyfall. It's got a great cast (very happy to have Javier Bardem as the villain). Craig is 1-1 at the moment. One great film, one average one. Let's hope this is as good as Casino Royale (which in turn, by the way, wasn't as good as the book, which is a phenomenal novel).

IDK if it's N64's fault but even though I think Connery is the best Bond, Goldeneye is the best movie for me.
So dissapointed with Brosnan's follow-ups, they were all way too campy wereas Goldeneye was just right.
