Oh, this was posted last year and only uploaded today on Live Leak.
I hate when that happens.
Sorry but hey, it's still unusual!

A Xoloitzcuintli (or so I read on YT)???
A hairless Mexican dog?

Sure looks like it.

Are they breaking through the Mexican borders too now? Just kidding.
How did it survive the winter with no fur?

It's my cousin...

It looks a lot like a wallaby with mange?? I do think it is adorable whatever it is! Thanks for sharing it!

Close but the tail is way too short compared to the captured Chupa.
Someone finally captures one of those alive and they let it go before solving the mystery of what species it is.

It looks like a fox with mange. Basically, if you removed the fur off a fox, this is probably what it would like underneith, except the skin gets discolored from mange.

The only reason why I feel certain it is a fox is how it walked away at the end. Look at the way it carried it's tail...that is such a fox trait! She is likely sick, tired and hungry, which is bringing her closer to humans and making her more docile than normal. I wish they had kept her and took her to the vet. She will likely die if severe weather affects her fox hole and forces her out into the elements.

I thought so to at first but Wallaby's are herbivores so don't eat meat. I think its def a mixed breed canine..not a marsupial or macro-pod..its feet are canine..mac's have longer rear feet than front...the tail says hairless fox or small whippet/pharohound.

I have started threads that have already been posted because they didn't pop up in what I searched for. It happens to most of us at one time or another. The search is not perfect. No harm no foul.

Allow me to give you the low-down on the search feature here. UNLESS you're lucky or use the SAME exact title, it doesn't come up.

Sure, Chupacabra came up but I didn't see anything about "MARYLAND" and I wasn't about to open them all.
So in your hall-monitor way, I thank you and it is appreciated but next time, just alert a Mod. This way they can close the tread and link it to the original one, 'k?
But I'll do that for ya...so, sit back and take er' easy!

So?....did you like the video? What do you think it is? Or is it posted in the other thread?

I'm going with fox too because Mexican hairless is very unlikely to be found in NE America....loose and walking aimlessly. Poor fox. I hate seeing animals suffer.
