September 2004 Site Performance Summary
A Record-Breaking Month on All Measures!
The Internet's largest and most popular community dedicated to the discussion of conspiracies, cover ups, scandals and other "alternative topics" has experienced a new, and staggering milestone of growth and cultural relevance. The core domain, AboveTopSecret.com, received 1,060,000 unique user sessions for the month of September 2004. In one month, we received more unique users than the entire history of the AboveTopSecret.com website from birth through September 2003! Clearly, as people search for answers to the complex questions of our era, increasingly they are finding AboveTopSecret.com in their quest for understanding.

September of 2004 also saw more pages viewed on AboveTopSecret.com than ever before, with 23.2 million pages viewed for a total of 540 gigabytes of bandwidth. That's an average of 773,333 pages and 18 gigabytes each day. These are daily average numbers that exceeds AboveTopSecret.com's monthly averages in early 2003.
The single most-popular content page throughout the month continued to be the War on Terrorism forum for the second month in a row, followed very closely by the UFO and Aliens forum (in reality, a statistical dead-heat with only 200 views separating the two). The most popular forum thread was, the Video Shows Beheading of American Civilian Nick Berg by Al Qaeda Group thread which continues to be a big Google draw each time there is a beheading story in the news.
On the main site, our Area 51 Page remains the most popular of the main site content pages, followed in a close second by the Aircraft Index page. These pages have always been the main site's top-draw.
We continue to be a major force in search engine topics within our category. A record-breaking massive 558,142 users came to ATS from search engines and referring websites.
