Hi All, I was taking a cruise in Pennsylvania the other day and spotted this bug out machine along the road.

It does have a for sale sign on it in case you need a Christmas gift or Graduation present.

Could use a fresh coat of paint. Knock two grand off the asking price and you have a deal.

Ahh the classy look of corrosion and the ever fashionable risk of structure collapse!

EDIT: not to mention that my dog can prolly chew through that

I mean I guess it would never look dirty, well other than the rust and all.
edit on 21-5-2012 by Covertblack because: I does not equal it.

I have to admit that... well thats one way of looking at it!

Actually, now that I think about it... thats a "Bug in" vehicle, not a bug out.

Yeah.
I almost fell asleep scrolling to the end of it.

@the OP: Where in PA is this 'vehicle' located?

That is cool, but I'd leave the paint alone but get rid of the smiley face lol

That rustic look could have been painted like that for a reason. I've seen cars and trucks at car shows that have been fully restored, and was painted to look old. Looks can be very deceiving.

Wonder how much they would take for it?

Nice find SnF for a good find

This is a movie prop car, I've seen it posted before elsewhere.

It was in the movie "The Last Airbender", if I recall.

It's located near Moselem Springs ( half way between Kutztown & Reading) or near Routes 222 & 662. At the intersection of Moselem Springs Road (662) and Forgehill Road.

Wow wonder how it ended up in Berks county pa. We peeked into the engine compartment it certainly looks like it is fully functional. The whole thing is like solid plate steel.

Cool, I will have to take the kids up to look at it, it is 11 miles from my house.

I guess the post about it being in "The Last Airbender' movie is probably correct then, as they filmed parts of it in Reading(up at the Pagoda).

As for a bug out vehicle...I'll pass. It is to easily taken out.

Give me a mountain bike and kayak anytime. The only fuel I need is what I intake. And I guarantee that I am quieter than that monstrosity.

But it is still cool. Somebody has money to burn.
