Filmed this 1000bhp Nissan Skyline this weekend.

This car sounded like a jet before takeoff!
What an awesome piece of engineering.

I took the video at an event that is held here once a year, basically a race up a hill. Like a time trail. This car won the overall competition. Against cars like Ferrari 458, and Mclaren's it did really good.

Not that many Skylines in S/A i would think. There very popular here.
I have driven allot of cars and this has been most fun by far, Mine is only stage 1 but still 350bhp ish plenty enough to get you into trouble if you don't treat it with allot of respect

Rob from R.I.P.S has run 1300bhp for year with no blowups Think he has just done a 6.99 1/4 mile with skyline engine in dragster chassis
Join the GTR owners club its free to join the forum there are loads photos of engine builds,cars,movies ect
If you like skylines its good forum to join think there are few people from South Africa on there too

Yeah, not many around here. Although, you can get them here, R32's especially you see often. However, it is such a mission to get them here, because you cannot register them here. So some people import them, and register it in a neighboring country.

Not that expensive, and a perfect tuner car. Would love to build one up sometime.
