The fact of the matter is that you have not replied to the O.P.! Your obfuscation is quite evident. You don't want to have a discussion, you thought you could enter this thread and post a bunch of propaganda, beginning with a sad "true life" story that we can only take your word for it, a word that has been used to present many lies about the O.P. and the information posted.

If you do not want to engage in a discussion that actually deals with facts you do not have to, but don't think for a single second that your lies will go without refutation.

i doubt he's even read the op. he can't even distinguish between being hiv+ and having full blown aids. he first states that his wife has hiv then he claims that having aids isn't a death sentence. surviving with hiv is possible but i've never heard anyone surviving from aids. i think he is full of #. your op has some great info on this subject, don't let his verbose nonsense derail your thread...

Sam: the research and the refutation must go on, despite the cries to stop the research. After all... ignorance must be denied, correct? And we can't have any research if researchers are found dead or otherwise silenced, can we?

Many people may also find suspicious that your account was created today and that your first three posts were replies to this thread. Furthermore, despite your claim that English is not your first language, you write more fluently than the majority of native speakers here.

I love ATS for its entertainment and informative potential, but there is a limit to what one might accept, a limit that revolves around responsibility and compassion to fellow human beings.

I just noticed the date you joined this site as a member. I then took a look at your profile. As of this post, the only thread you've posted in is this one. You may very well love ATS, and may be a long time lurker who for some reason never felt compelled to join and post in the plethora of threads that seem to lack responsibility and compassion, instead only joining today to post in this thread, of which you expect people to believe is a thread that lacks responsibility and compassion.

Again, my entire purpose of creating this thread was to address the undeniable propaganda machine that exists to shout down people who question the HIV paradigm. That you've only just joined this site, and that as of this posting have only posted in this thread is something that should be noted. You clearly have an agenda, and that agenda seems to have little regard for responsibility or compassion, and instead is an agenda fully committed to dishonesty and obfuscation.

Indeed I was a lurker, and indeed I have signed on only to reply to this post. Please try to understand: this is a pesonal matter to me, it's the survival of my wife (not girlfriend) which is at stake.

All I'm trying to say is that less educated people read posts such as these and then decide to give up taking medicine. My wife ex-husband was one the who chose this unfortunate path.

As much as I would enjoy to keep writing, it is already time to put my daughter to bed. And by 22:00 my wife should be home, back from the university. I will have to do my best to hide from her that I have engaged in a discussion about this subject once again, contrary to what I have promised her.

TLDR

Had a great conversation on this very subject 2 weeks ago, at the hospital no less. I was speaking with a gentleman who was there with his daughter and we started to venture into ATS related topics (although he has never been to this site, his information was incredible, almost like he was a walking ATS in and of himself, which was fascinating since I took him for rather un-educated and most certainly not aware of these topics). He brought up Duesberg, and he told me to look it up that AIDS/HIV wasnt really what people thought and that people didnt start to get sick until AFTER they took AZT. There was something in that medicine that took HIV from just a virus that produced anti-bodies and literally turned it into AIDS. Coupled with the fact that there were some HIV + individuals out of Australia, whom never received AZT as part of their treatment and in fact never developed the AIDS part of the disease. I dont have the research to back up his claims, but I can clearly see he was onto something as per this thread. I am surprised with the OPs post actually, I see AZT was touched upon and why on earth would a cancer drug be used for HIV/AIDS is beyond me other than for profit motives.

I see the government and big pharma for what it really is a perpetual machine of killing and profits. Our governemnt does not love us, they are not meant to take care of his, and it seems the only thing they are good at is taking our money and our livelihoods....ON PURPOSE...thats how they get rich, not only are they stealing our money via taxes, but they purposefully make us sick, only to 'cure' us, just to make us sick again, and repeat a cycle of spending money to be 'healed'.


Just look at this short little cycle and realize our government is involved in it all the way to the hilt.

Supply of food, where does it come from? Well it comes from corporations such as Monsanto who create 'franken-foods' (also government buddies), the cattle, swine, and poultry farmers whom *all* (I know not literally ALL, but most) use steroids, antibiotics, etc to grow faster, larger, and without as much loss due to sickness and dying. And if its not from direct injection into our livestock, what about the grain crops that are genetically altered for the wheat and corns that these animals eat, guess what, its still likely there. Not to mention the flouride in the animal's water. So we are poisoned from the start.

Who oversees the 'health factor' of these foods............The FDA

So now the foods have made us ill, they have made us immune to antibiotics, made us grow larger, and various other ailments. Take cancer for instance. Its a mystery that it just shows up here in America all widespread and uncontrollable like it has, and yet there is no cure, there is no prevention, and the treatment is extremely costly (and honestly not entirely all effective). IT IS NOT PROFITABLE TO CURE CANCER, it is EXTREMELY profitable to make people sick, pretend to cure them, and milk them for all their money (Apparently its not profitable to cure AIDS/HIV either)

Who controls the quality of our food supply.......ding ding ding THE FDA

In the same vein, the FDA is also the government entity that says that supplements arent right for you, and they hardly ever get approved. Go into a GNC and look on the shelves, now tell me how many of those NATURAL vitamins, minerals, pills, etc were FDA approved? probably very few. Also there have been recent crackdowns from The Gove on homepathic remedies, and god forbid you actually out loud practice homepathic treatment, you are looked down upon as a quack, although those remedies usually tend to be from natural sources with much longer track records of working. For instance some ancient root in China might help you sleep, which is natural and non FDA approved, but you should take a Tylenol PM instead, cause the government said it was ok.

So theres my little rant on the issue. I see the government as nothing more than a parasite, a leech, as it were who STEAL our money either by force (IRS) or by more subtle means (making us 'sick', only to 'cure' us). So keep relying on this government to fix you, make you better, and keep you living. You know whats funny, people line up for the governments free money (food stamps) just to get in line at the grocery store to buy these government approved products to keep making those bastards even more rich. Keep relying on uncle sam, the only thing they will guarantee for you is a death sentence and having stole as much money from you as they possibly can.

Excellent post Sam and I agree with everything you said, I find this thread offensive. I am a long time lurker here and JPZ is usually an excellent contributor to these forums, I am afraid he has made a mistake by posting this drivel. The points in his OP have been debunked a million times over. Most who shared the view of Peter Duesberg have changed their minds themselves when faced with the mounting evidence including one of the OP sources, Dr Mullin.

There is no doubt that HIV eventually leads to AIDS, it is a proven fact. There are long term nonprogressor's, those who have hiv, but don't develop AIDS until much later than the typical person, they eventually develop AIDS. This kind of disinfo is mad.

Threads like these are dangerous and terribly misleading to someone who may find themselves in a desperate situation and fall on this information to guide them. In defense of John Paul, he stated he doesn't know what to believe, but he most certainly cherry picked his data. This thread is disrespectful to those who suffer and very dangerous. It's 2012 and people are still posting this nonsense, it's a scary world. I'm no big pharma fan, but this is beyond absurd.

I wish your wife all the best and admire your courage to stand by and support her no matter what. Kudos to you, you're one hell of a man. Not many people could do what you are doing.

Peace my ass! Peace is the last thing you're after. You cannot defame and malign a person through lies and obfuscation and call that peace. Interestingly, the only reply you've made directly to me is this one, and what you've chosen to argue is who has a superiority complex. The facts? You seem to have no interest in that.

If you want peace, you might consider practicing some of that responsibility and compassion you claim to adore and use it here in regards to people who have valid questions regarding this HIV = AIDS industry.
