I just checked and mine isn't loading either.
So it must be down.

Just curious, can anyone else get the RSOE alert map to populate in your browser? I check it every morning before I leave and this is the first it
wont load.

Seems there has been a fair bit of EQ activity today so maybe it went down!

Not loading for me either.
Here's a link you can try in the future here.
It shows when a site is down just for you or everyone.
In the mean time? It's not up for me.
