I think they are using some sort of signal jammer. There have been reports of downed feeds all day as well as cell phone signals. And everytime something crazy goes down the feed drops with no physical disruption.

Also, reports of UN troops arriving on the scene through livestream as well as national guard and water cannons.

The Occupy Eye feed is staying online good. He was just right up on the police horses. Dude said the crowd is heading to a larger gathering for another intense march at 10pm CST.

It looks like they are going to try to "occupy" a park through the night.

Police are saying it's OK if the protesters spend the night in Grant Park. People are starting to realize that the police are trying to split up the protesters. Some protesters are getting angry.
