I don't know it

I do not assume someone is an illegal alien just because I do not like their politics.
That is a logical fallacy

What some people don't understand is that Obama was not properly vetted the first go 'round. From what I have read, the Secretaries of States signed off on their constitutional obligation to verify the candidate as being eligible. They accepted a letter from the DNC chairperson, Nancy Pelosi, verifying his eligibility in good faith, but those Secretaries of State did not do proper diligent vetting of this man.

It's no wonder the Hawaiian authorities that could answer the question with a simple "yes" or "no" as to the document's authenticity are reluctant to do so. They actually might be committing perjury, and they know it. AZ will not get a straight answer. They will be referred to the "official statement".

Obama was born before Civil Rights.
With Hawaii's responses,
I am beginning to wonder if,
The State of Hawaii is trying to hide the facts,
of how they treated such matters in the past.
Was Hawaii paradise,
before civil rights to those that were different?

Huh?

Fukino is not from the state's Attorney General's office. He is a health official. I should have clarified myself. I doubt that David Louie (Hawaii's AG)will answer the question with a simple "yes" or "no" as to the document's authenticity.

Backtracking. The Director of the Department of Health is just as much of a government official as the AG is. Are you saying that the former Director's statement doesn't count for some reason?

I doubt David Louie (Hawaii's AG)will answer the question with a simple "yes" or "no" as to the document's authenticity.
You do? How nice.

The records are kept by the Department of Health, not the AG's office. The records are the responsibility of the Department of Health, not the AG. The Director of the Department of Health is the highest ranking official with direct access to the records.

Do you have a current response to the,
Yes or No question,
that one seems to be a response to the,
Real Estate Tycoon turned Movie Star?

The Secretary of State Ken Bennett of AZ,
already knew that,
The President of The United States could not be,
Verified with E-Verify,
so he went to Hawaii.
Hawaii did not want to appear the same as
E-Verify so they just questioned the question.
So I guess E-Verify should also respond with,
Why do you ask, and are you allowed to ask.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if Obama likes to provoke the birthers.

It plays well into his hands for re election, it also plays well for any Democrat running against a Republican. If ANY candidate even hints at agreeing with the birthers, it pretty much dooms their chances at election.

It's so funny that birthers don't get this.

I have even said that it is good to keep the conversation going...which is why I'm in the birther threads....the more they talk...the crazier they get...so I just allow them to keep talking.

Hahahah. Hawaii just handed Arizona a major slap.

Because Obama has shown his birth certificate to the entire American people.

And experts have analyzed it.

And they confirmed it is authentic.

Hawaii is asking the deseprate Arizona to prove they need to see it.

prove they need to see it AGAIN

AGAIN

I didn't really see anything supporting Obama there.
I don't support him either. That doesn't mean that I think the birther nonsense is any less ridiculous.

The Dept. of Health sent AZ's request to the AG's office. There is where the legalities of the request have everything stalled. I may have to eat my words, but I say that the Attorney General of Hawaii will never verbally give a definite yes/no regarding the authenticity of that document.

Obama is in reach of winning Arizona in the Nov election.

Maybe but illegals always vote democrat illlegals voting for an illegal!!!!

Rawrrrrrrr!

It would be stupid for illegals to vote for Obama.

1. In his time in office he has already deported more illegals than Bush did in eight years.

2. The illegals are hoping that another idiot like Reagan will get into office and give the blanket amnesty again.

So why would illegals for Democrat when it is the Republicans that give then what they want.

Does anyone realize that it is reactions like this that keep the Birther Conspiracy from and center?

Seriously, it is a simple request, show it and shut them up once and for all. Instead we wait years for a forged document, then people wonder why the Birther issue wont die? Arizona has asked for the Birth Certificate, show it. Instead you have Hawaii saying to prove they actually need it. This is just silly. Proving they need it, is pretty easy to do when the guy is running for President. There are requirements and laws. Just show the damn thing and get it over with and put the issue to rest...................................

unless of course you do have something to hide.

Do birthers realize that they are being played and keeping it going benefits Obama and the Dems???

It's hilarious really.

And Arizona has not asked for the Birth Certificate...Arizona has just asked for confirmation...but they haven't shown they have the authority to make that request.

Sorry...laws are laws.

I may have to eat my words but if Bennett can meet the requirements the AG will verify Hawaii as Obama's place of birth. If he cannot meet the requirements, the AG will say nothing at all.
