This story is still breaking and the details are limited. Unknown substances always leave a lot to the imagination. As well, as what actual "authorities" are treating the 4 people.

Of course it could be nothing, but it could also start affecting more people. May be a story to keep an eye on.

Please feel free to add additional links/information as it becomes available.

Update:

Reggie Bush stuck at Fort Lauderdale airport in hazmat incident

Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush, flying back to Fort Lauderdale from New York, where he taped an episode of Live! with Kelly as a guest co-host with Kelly Ripa, was stuck atFort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport after an aerosol can apparently discharged at a checkpoint at Terminal 2, Concourse D.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:10 p.m., and Bush was stuck with numerous other passengers as the terminal was evacuated and upper-level roadway was closed.

Here are Bush's tweets:

Here was a sequence of Bush's tweets during the day:

Approximately 11:30 a.m.: "Just finished @LiveKelly with @KellyRipa! Amazing show had a blast! Thanks guys for everything a d hope the fans enjoyed it"

5:45 p.m.: "Currently stuck at Ft. Lauderdale airport standing outside underneath the airport with hundreds of people. They won't let us leave!"

5:51 p.m.: "Apparently there was some type of unknown substance released in the air inside the airport and multiple people passed out all at once!"

Seems like a lot of hoopla for a discharged can of aerosol spray. What type of aerosol makes people pass out all at once, I mean I know some deodorant sprays are strong, but man.

Another update, up to 5 people according to this report, seems a TSA agent was affected as well, but it also seems like the "all clear" was given. Didn't see where any actual substance was determined however.

Dolphins' Reggie Bush among passengers evacuated from Fort Lauderdale airport in hazmat scare

Five people were taken to Broward General Medical Center after being overcome by an unknown odor in Terminal 2 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport around 5 p.m. Friday, the Broward Sheriff's Office said.

The patients were reportedly travelers and at least one TSA agent. Terminal 2 and the airport's entrance roadway reopened at 7 o'clock.

Indeed, that would truly be unfortunate for me if Florida was ground zero

My guess would be Guido's from Jersey heading down to Florida to try and pick up Casey Anthony types.

Axe body spray will be on the new list.
