I personally am kind to people not just with my attitude but my actions too. A recent example is... yesterday I went to Subway and got a foot long tuna....as I was walking through the lobby of my apartment building...a neighbor of mine who was ill with a cold said jokingly ..."give me part of your sandwich.." and I knew hidden within that statement was a plea for (please feed me; I don't feel good)...so I gave him half of my sandwich. Sometimes in life it is the consistent little kindnesses in life that do make a difference.

sounds like sharing, to me. LOL but I get the example, don't get me wrong. A good leader should be a sharing leader who rations well.
