What.. They're unemployed people. Why do you care? It's all about ME and not YOU. I don't care if some unemployed drug addict hobo bum child molestor gets aids digging in trash. Coh, they deserve it, why else do we have them?

It seems like paper recovery seems to be the way to go. According to the EPA paper and paper products account for 29% of domestic landfill space.
