As we enter in to a new era of globalization and governance, America's sovereignty and it's constitution, (plus the rest of the world) are confronting
a major challenge from international law and it's jurisdiction. There are several instances which can be discussed or pointed out to shed light on
this topic of how international dictates and Treaties are being implemented through the United Nations and it's signatories.
The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea ... is perhaps one of the most significant but less recognized 20th century accomplishments in
the arena of international law.... Its scope is vast: it covers all ocean space, with all its uses, including navigation and overflight; all uses of
all its resources, living and non-living, on the high seas, on the ocean floor and beneath, on the continental shelf and in the territorial seas; the
protection of the marine environment; and basic law and order.... The Convention is widely recognised by the international community as the legal
framework within which all activities in the oceans and the seas must be carried out.
It may not come as surprising news to many of you that the United Nations doesn’t approve of our Second Amendment. Not one bit. And they very
much hope to do something about it with help from some powerful American friends. Under the guise of a proposed global “Small Arms Treaty”
premised to fight “terrorism”, “insurgency” and “international crime syndicates” you can be quite certain that an even more insidious
threat is being targeted – our Constitutional right for law-abiding citizens to own and bear arms.
The United Nations is developing a set of international small arms control standards (ISACS) to provide guidance to policymakers and practitioners on
a range of small arms control issues. These "voluntary" standards will be launched at a side event during the Review Conference.
The United Nations Coordinating Action on Small Arms (CASA) mechanism strives to improve the UN’s ability to work as one in delivering effective
policy, programming and advice to Member States on curbing the uncontrolled proliferation and misuse of small arms and light weapons. Established by
the Secretary-General in 1998 with the task of coordinating the small arms work of the UN system, CASA today unites more than 20 UN bodies active in
policy development and/or programming related to small arms and light weapons.
There's a lot of info to delve through, most of which is unknown to myself, but it does seem as if this coordinating body are hard at work to push
through this agenda.
Okay well IMO I believe that a lot of work is being done to set the "framework" for complete or almost complete control of the planet. LOST will give
the U.N. control of the oceans, and "climate change" control of everything above it.
Well, I don't know about the rest of the world, but the issue in the United States is as clear as it is simple. Under our system and regardless of
what any politician says contrary, the Constitution is the first, last and ONLY word on what is permissible and allowed in relation to governance of
this nation and it's people.
The whole thing was written specifically to PREVENT a politician or group of them from subverting the system by running outside those guidelines. Our
founders were wise and foresaw that possibility. That fact is evident all over the Articles and actual Amendments which form the Bill of Rights.
Everywhere one finds checks and cross checks to balance power and insure no on Branch of even 2 of them working in concert can go over top of that
Document. Hence...The Super Court and their 100% total Independence from and oversight OF the other 2 branches........when asked by a case to
I'll say this outright too..because it's beyond debate by rulings of the Court in just the past few years. That small arms treaty can go play to the
rest of the world. Obama and the Senate can smile and feel good all they'd like. The Super Court...our FINAL word...has made clear that is an
absolute right of an individual American and that really is the start and end of that one.
