Hi.

This video is black for the first 22 or 23 seconds only audio.

It may be a balloon.....

From youtube poster:

This video was filmed by an NBC camera man and was later reported on the news. It has a tinge of credibility, in as much that the video is most likely real and unaltered.

I didn't find any other videos or updates on this one.

Poor CGI work, stick it in the hoax bin. So bad I don't think I need to point out the errors....

Reminds me of the balloons the military is using in Afghanistan, the surveillance ones that go super high into the air to police the area.

There actually is another video made on the same day by Kevin Williams of GoNewsNow. Not sure how credible this source is.

The video title is slightly misleading , the guy that filmed the video works for GoNewsNow.tv named Kevin Williams , the video was picked up by an NBC affiliate KSEE24 in Fresno .

No, I think the title is correct. You are talking about the video I posted in my first reply, that one was filmed by Kevin Williams.

I would like to know the wind currents for the time and location that this took place. Would help in determining if its a balloon.

To the person who said its an obvious cgi, I dont have enough battery to view it again so could you explain how its cgi? Ill view it again when i can

No reason why it couldn't be a balloon but I see no indication that it has anything to to with NBC News.

It doesn't do anything exceptional.
It doesn't 'act' like anything worth any sort of import to draw any sort of attention.

It's a reflected light in the sky, slowly moving along where distance could be a mile, 10 miles, or the 100+ miles away something in orbit would be.

I don't see it making any exceptional turns at exceptional speeds.
I don't see any shape to it at all.
I don't see portholes with little green men waving at me.

KSEE is a NBC affiliate.
This "UFO" video was actually mentioned on the KSEE24 News website:

Thanks. That wasn't made clear.
Still nothing particularly interesting about it.

Well I would appreciate you pointing them out. Highly doubtful that it is Alien, but I do not believe it is CGI. This was taking at a local NBC studio by employees. I don't believe that they are claiming that it was Aliens, just an Unidentified Flying Object.

My mistake it looks like the orb moves over the foreground object for a couple of frames (poor masking), I've just watched the high res version and I'm not so sure. I shouldn't have made such a snap judgement, it's been one of those days...
