I agree with you on the mindless partisan bashing, and tend to agree with TOA below you that they were all posers. I loved Ronald Regan's rhetoric...too bad it was merely lip service and while he preached limited government he expanded government more so than Jimmy Carter before him did. Of course, Jimmy Carter expanded it more than Gerald Ford, and while Ford had little time to do so, Nixon before him expanded government more than Johnson did and Johnson more than Kennedy...
