A very wierd experience

OK this is going to sound wacked, but it really happened.

Back in 1993 or 94 while we were driving our children to visit their grandparents in Sioux City. Between Council Bluffs and Sioux City we were passed by a three vehicle caravan of Chevy vans. They were going well over the speed limit, driving as a group, passing everyone on the road.

They actually passed a state trooper who immediately pulled in behind them briefly flashing his light. I could see him on the radio. All off a sudden he backed off and turned off his lights and went about his business. The strange thing is that I actually seen the license plates of these vehicles. They had US government tags. On the spare tire cover they had a logo that struck me as very bizarre. It said "Untouchables" in very bold letters. It appears they were untouchable. We seen them disappear of an offramp that headed toward the military base there.

Has anyone else seen the "Untouchables"??
