Whenever you start to feel the fear, close your eyes, and visualise dark blue/indigo energy pouring out of you. I usually visualise it coming out of my sides for some reason, but anywhere will do. That is an indicator of individual sovereignty on an energetic level. It will make you feel calm, and when they see/detect that, they will leave you alone.

I had PTSD and recurring nightmares throughout my teens, due to having been taken by the Greys at around the age of four, although I'm not certain of my exact age. The thing that I had to learn was that if you remember your sovereignty, and while doing so, set very clear (energetic) intention that you don't want to be taken, they won't be able to touch you. They won't even be able to SEE you.

It may not seem like it, but trust me when I say that the entire thing is consentual. If you don't want to go with them, and you not only make it clear to them that you don't want to go, but you also know that you are spiritually sovereign, they have to abide by that. They cannot take you without your consent.

As another point, AFAIK, the abduction/genetic program was over at this point, last I heard; it supposedly ended in the 90s. I could be wrong, though.

Don't be afraid of them. Fear attracts them, and it also tells them that you think of yourself as a victim, which in turn implies to them that they have your permission to take you, because they think that you don't know about the fact that they NEED your permission.

If you had actually had it happen, you wouldn't feel like that. Trust me. It is not something to wish on your worst enemy.

You're an abductee? I've got a weird mind so it probably would be cool to me.

It isn't the experience itself that is the problem, so much as the degree of fear which the Greys radiate. By that, I'm also not talking about the fear which the abductees themselves feel, either. The Greys have the ability to actually externally project fear from themselves, which they do. They are very powerful telepaths; and can also use said telepathy to induce paralysis, among other things.

To this day I've yet to come up with a rational explanation for my experiences, but I tell you this it's not cool. Every cell in your body seems to scream out in agonizing fear. Not to mention "they" appear IMO to be extremely ugly and menacing.

For years afterwards I've cemented a regime of sleeping in corners with max view capacity, back against the wall, and plenty of things to throw, and a bat and hunting knife.

Yep. For me, for around a decade the result was becoming nocturnal; I never felt safe sleeping before sunrise.

I personally feel that the grey alien meme was created by TPTB to ward people off the subject, similar to the Grimm faery tales of witches and evil spirits used to keep kids out of the woods

Funny that the TPTB are so interested in us, that they dress up in costumes, break into our homes, zap us with some memory zapper, and then go, leaving you with WTF factor.

It is possible that you're being watched. But just try not to think about it.
Do whatever makes you feel happy and hopefully you will stop thinking about em.

its the same in our household, we all feel better if just one of us is awake at all times. though this is imposable of course, but we do sleep with the hall lights on and each room has a night light, we try our best keep things organised to keep the shadows at a minimum and the few we have shouldn't change.

i personally need to know what or who i am seeing before i react to it.

I had this for a while, and it got so bad I was afraid to be outside after dark. Like you, I hated even looking out my windows at night.

Then I got mad. Why should this fear be allowed to take away half of my life (the nighttime half)? Why could I no longer enjoy the stars, or taking a stroll in the cool of the evening? I decided that my faith would protect me, and I simply and deliberately prohibited 'them' from touching me in the name of my God.

Now I can again go walking at night under the stars without fear. I have been free of this fear for three years now.

I am vacationing in Tucson from Seattle for 15 days. I have a week left here and starting just 3 nights ago i can't get the idea out of my mind that at night i am being watched by aliens. I NEVER get this feeling at home. I am a 30 year old man and a believer in extra-terrestrial/extra-dimensional beings. To my knowledge i have never been visited before. I have, in the past, seen UFOs in the skies above Tucson and believe them to be alien. This is the fifth time i have vacationed in this home and have never before felt like this. Also, until 3 nights ago, I have never had a FEAR about aliens like I feel now. I am afraid to look out of the windows at night. Any ideas what could be going on?

Oddly enough I had this feeling when I lived in Vegas, up until I moved back to the Midwest. I had night terrors of being dragged out of bed and often woke up in the morning on the floor with my sheets and blankets on the floor around me. It may be a desert thing, but I think it was more likely the unfamiliar environment causing a subconscious effect.

All the time?? Could you imagine what horrors they must witness? An over abundance of nose picking, crotch scratching, wedgie removing, etc. the list could go on and on.

To the OP, I have experienced that feeling as well and I have never been a paranoid/scared type person. I couldn't say whether the feeling came from another world entity or from (even worse) a real life psycho but i can say that it was unpleasant.

Sometimes folks can be paranoid for no reason at all, but I am always one to trust my gut regardless. Listen to your's. It rarely leads you down the wrong path. If it tells you to be vigilant, there is no harm in doing so!

for a while, I was terrified of the Greys, I wouldnt go to bed myself until sunrise, or if I was too tired, sleep with all the lights on in the house, then all of a sudden, I wasnt afraid anymore. Now, I would welcome a visit, and be happy to shake one's hand.

Aliens have already infiltrated the human race. They have the ability to jump into another human being. You will be able to see this by paying attention to other humans eyes. They may turn black and then back to normal, or one eye may change and the other may stay the same. They cannot stay in the human body but for short amounts of time. When in the human body they will communicate using allot of hand gestures, and when they walk past you they will BOW their heads..this one is important. You may be able to see these beings as either Lights, Shadows, Orbs going from person to person. A human being may not even be aware that this has happen to them. They may just not feel right..

These beings may also appear as large grey-white looking creatures..you may just catch them out of the corner of youre eye....they can appear and then disappear..you cannot lock the beings out..they can walk through walls, doors etc...You may see a being that is the full size of an adult that is the color of the sun...There are atleast 7 species on the planet at this time.

Check on webiste MUFON ..click on upper right hand corner for maps..put in youre area and see if there is any action going on where you are located.

Go with youre first instinct!! When these beings are around you..it will be the worst Fear that you will ever have...they also have the ability to poison a human being..you may feel like you have been drugged..symptoms may include irregular heart beat, shortness of breath, slurred speech, numbness in head and arms, confusion..this will last for 2 weeks and wear off.....Something that will help with symptoms..Claritin D and drinking lots of milk to dilute the poison. They use a white powder dust looking substance and a red smoke.

These beings can beam themselves down from their ships..this will look like a grey-white formed something that comes down to the ground and then disappears..

A way of detection of these beings are just basic INSTINCTS..it is a horrible feeling..you will have the fight-flight response..The best thing to do is just get out of the area..the only protection that I have found is a large dog that will help detect these beings before you notice them..but let the dog run free..so that it can protect itself! The Dog will either bark and go after something..but you may not see anything..I have ran into a situation where my dog just layed down and would not move..

If you have ever been taken..you will have allot of time lapses..when these beings take you..they wipe out youre memory...they can take you and put you somewhere else..they love attacking the nervous system and airway..they love poking and messing with the head and ears..they also may sexually attack you..you will get the sensation of being touched but may look around and nothing is there..

If you have ever been taken..you will remember bits and pieces..and you may become Telepathic..if this telepathic issue occurs..you will start hearing other humans communicating to each other..you will have the ability to communicate back to them..this will be like listening to a radio that you cannot turn off...this is an Alien war tactic being used to attempt to drive humans nuts..the only way to survive this is to get plenty of sleep and stay in a routine.

I dont mean to scare you, or ruin youre vacation..but if something is around youre home..and it feels like a presence..and you have that I have gotta run feeling..listen to youre instincts..I jumped off a train in the process of stopping attempting to get away from beings in Evansville, Chicago..I didnt even think about what I was doing..I just jumped and landed..and ran into train station..In other words..you will know when the damn things are around..

You have more chance of some uber l33t interweb haxxor breaking into your computer and gaining control of your webcam and watching you while you shower or do other things.

I really wouldn't worry about it, ask your doctor for some ativan sub-lingual medication if it gets bad enough.
