Sad for sure... I dont really know what to say on it, our prisons are over crowded as it is so to house inmates on deathrow for life on the tax payers bill not the answer, really the whole system needs a overhaul but we wont see that happen.

Widen the scope of this and consider the numbers of people wrongly imprisoned for great chunks of their lives because their evidence will not be heard. It's not just about execution. What's the difference if you didn't commit the crime but there just had to be a conviction and buddy, you're it! Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is a great one for this sort of thing. He loves a good barbecue.

Society's too busy buying into the pro-death penalty propaganda to give a crap.

It's telling especially when the religious people latch onto it.

This "eye for an eye" nonsense is best left in the past.

To those who support the death penalty, read up more on the case of Terry Washington and others.
