Japanese Government Pays 60 Trillion Yen to Stop More H.A.A.R.P. Attacks

Cannot vouch for the news sight or the article. Thought I would throw it out there to the wolves of ATS....

The cowardly Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan handed 60 trillion yen HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Reasearch Program) over to the Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate immediately after his country was attacked with HAARP and nuclear terror, according to Japanese security police sources. The extortion money was paid off following threats to use HAARP to cause Mt. Fuji to erupt.

This story is steep in consipracy it mentions the J.Rockafella and the White Dragons. I believe in the capabilities of HAARP but im not sure what to make of this. Hence the Gray Area..

NO such thing as an "attack" by HAARP.....a facility designed merely to study the ionosphere....some 50 to 70 MILES above the Earth's surface.

Moreover.....this sort of "news story" is pure hogwash, so consider the "source".....

So this means that they actually have PROOF that HAARP caused this? Thats quite a bit of money for something if it isnt proven.

Yes this is one I believe very much occurred Ben came right out with it and his video, expression eveyrthing, he was being straight up on it.

That is the world we live in. And couple that with Lauren Moret's videos on Fukushima and the Stuxnet Virus and you start to get the bigger pictures, and its aweful one.

The ones he names I know are the black ops here, the ones in the trenches underground extorting the whole world with their death ray star wars ring of terror.

He left out the UK bunch though, and they're really in on it. Rothchilds and Windsors to add to the Rockefellers, Kissingers and Bush's.

The person who should be saying this is Benjamin Fulford.

752,000,000,000 Dollars [USD]

THAT ^ ^ ^ is "752 BILLION dollars!!

The total GDP (Gross Domestic Product) for Japan, the whole country, in 2011?:

$5.855 trillion (2011 est.)

I agree that the source is not reliable (EU Times). However, how do you know HAARP couldn't
cause an earthquake? There are plenty of reliable sources that say differently.

You should check out a speech that William S Cohen (Secretary of Defense under Clinton)
gave at a terrorism conference back in 1997 at the University of Georgia where he specifically
states that weather weapons are a reality. 1997.

Here's a portion of that speech:
