I drank enough to kill a normal person last night.

I can relate on so many levels.
But the thing is,I can still get up and act like nothing every happened.
But I don't feel that way.
Cheers!

Do you ever start getting pains in your torso after heavy or prolonged drinking? Do you think its possible for your liver to actually 'hurt'? How much did you end up drinking?

On a side note, the three of us are looking very Italian together with our nameplate colors and what not.

I have been sober long enough to drive a normal person crazy.
I think we should trade lives.

From what I know you don't get much of a warning, the liver just ends up turning into a leathery rock one day. But, some people do experience liver pains.

I don't wanna know what mine looks like.

I believe I was still drunk when I woke up today, making it hard to pretend to be normal.

Gingerale, potato chips, chicken soup, and popsicles.

Those used to be my hangover medications of choice.
Those that I'm allowed to mention here.

I quit drinking when my hangovers became from head to toe.
I noticed it one morning, after a friend, who is a reflexologist, gave me a real thorough foot massage.
I woke up with wonderful feeling feet, and it made it noticeable how bad everything else felt.

Pretty lame thread.

Why did you feel the need to post this?

I'm not actually going to check back for an answer because I don't care.

But,is all this doom and gloom the cause of the excessive drinking?
That's kind of what happened to me a year ago......
You know, what the use it's all going to end soon, but I got the big wake up call and had another beer

I could've written the same thread myself.
At least this morning I didn't wake up to see I posted another 3am drunk rant thread.
Good times.

Cheers boncho, hang in there.

Oh,sure, blame it on the company you keep.
I drink responsibly.
Meaning I am the person responsible for my drinking
