Icke has devoted his life to what he does- so why shouldn't he make some money out of it? Do you think he doesn't need money to live?

I think (know actually), if you read between the lines, Icke reveals a hell of a lot of good information, and his message towards humanity is a good one-

First you claimed that:

He doesn't make that much money and has risked a lot of social standing to tell people his version of things.

Do you realize now that this is his income, his living, the means by which he pays the bills?

His message is a false message. It is based on falsehoods. There is no basis for his claims of shape shifting reptiles. He claims that we can change our own DNA. That is demonstrably false - Lamarckian in nature. His tales are fairy tales not based on evidence but the gullibility of those that buy his stuff.

I see now my confusion. You went off on a tangent about how you were offended by someone pointing out that Icke is a hoaxer and a purveyor of falsehoods.

I see now that as the OP you are the one promoting Icke and saying

Not at all. Icke tells fiction. He does not reveal anything other than the ramblings of a wacko.

Icke is not worth the time. I'm not sure what, if anything, he is worth but time, not a chance.
