I’m not sure if this relates to the issues cropping up in South America, but nothing surprises me and at least the Navy is owning up to causing some (more) harm.

i think it would be interesting if mass beachings could be correlated with,
and or used to determine submarine paths and activity.

it's obvious that they [navy, etc.] don't give an F
a simple change in frequencies could make all the difference...


sonar might also be a euphemism for some other system, by the way.
